Hated the first 2 episodes, its not because of the plot, but how it started, i cant understand why do they have to start the drama in the present and then throw us into a 10-20 eps flash back, maybe im sensitive because i was really excited for this drama, but a hate this long run flash backs.

I understand that, but it doesn't mean that I liked that they made her go back again, throwing her into misery unnecessarily again, people assume that I hate Yifan because I didn't like her last decision to run away once again, and thats not it, i think she is the most pitiful character of this drama, thats why i hate that thee make her run away again like a coward after years of fighting her way out of that hell.

Well, I guess there is no definitive formula to overcome the tragedies of life, I sincerely believe that this is a powerful message but depending on how you see it, it can be dangerous, because it would be almost like saying that no matter how hard you try, there are things that you will never be able to overcome alone.

Having empathy for someone is not saying "oh it's okay that you did that because you were hurt, u were right" do not confuse empathy with something else, having empathy is not justifying the person when they are wrong, it is understanding the person, sharing their feelings, thats empathy, but you as a rational person should be able to give them advice when they can't think clearly, not seeing her as she throws herself into the void without doing anything, u can have empathy for someone but you as a person still have the freedom to choose how you feel about their actions, for example, having empathy for someone who lies about something because she was hurt by someone before, doesn't force you to like their lies,And that doesn't make you bad, nor does it mean that you don't have empathy.

You vent a lot hahaha, i'm curious about some things u said, "she is not okay and is broken but she need to stop running away and be understanding that she have love one". do u think saying this is wrong ? i think thats what she needs, she ran away once and didnt work at all, in fact she was doing that already, she confronted her garbage family, now by running away, she is losing even more that the last time, i didnt read the novel, so i dont know how is she going to pull out herself from this darkhole, but many people tired of running away, ended theeir life because they didnt have someone who said things like "youu are not okay and ur broken ans its ok, but u need to stop running away because u have love one, friends, and people who cares about you"

I really don't like the line of action that they gave SY during those 7 years, almost stalking her. I think that was unnecessary, it only makes her seen bad as a character for leaving him again, although perhaps it becomes a trigger later on for her to react and face everything, but I would rather have her react and do it for herself, not to defend SY. I think that would be more faithful to her character.

the mother is a piece of work, shameless, cruel, hypocrite, i really hope YF does not forgive her, or at least something like " i forgive you, but i never want to see your face ever again" she does not even deserve that we write about her, i hate her to the bones

This sound is perfect for Sang Yan's actor in Hidden Love, he sounds like a tough character. What I like most about what you said is the shock therapy he gave Yifan, because apparently love and understanding aren't enough, she needs to be forced to face the problem. I'm glad I didn't read the novel, I couldn't stand that kind of change.

Personally, what I don't like about the character, although it is understandable, is that she doesn't stick to what she says, and more than with the character, it is with the plot, she had already confronted the bad guys, even her mother, and shown a firm stance to defend everything she has achieved and those she loves, as she should, but now they make her go back to the same thing again, abandoning everything she achieved in years of effort, huge set back, I hope that the development you speak of is her own development, and not something produced because SY went to save her, because i dont think that would not be a good message.
