No. He was still alive when Captain Jo held him after the firefight. Then Lady Noh came in and held him. If he had died then the "current" Lee Gon would have dissolved.
I think people who don't do great with time/space change stories rated this low.
For a timeline loop type story they actually did a rather good job of addressing all the events! Less holes and question marks than you think but you do have to pay attention.
I remember when Inception came out a lot of people that didn't get it didn't like it. (*I'm sure there are people that did understand but didn't like it for other reasons but you know what i mean*) I loved Inception and ended up really enjoying this story too!
no i love love LOVED it… i dragged the plan to watch this for 7 months and i regret it ngl… thier story was…
I only have two episodes left and the whole time I was like...why was this rated so low? Characters are lovely and consistent. The leads were sweet together and I think is some of the best CP chemistry I have seen of CEW!
From other comments and reviews, I guess this would do better as a binge and not week to week.
He was everywhere maybe 4 years ago. Now he's not everywhere and his last drama was a year ago, only on Netflix…
It is always hard to convey opinions in comments but yes it is wonderful he is filming! I was specifically talking about romance genre leads. They made it sound like a triumphant return.
The article's last line was "Do you wish to see Park Seo Joon in a romance K-drama once again?"
My answer is no because I don't miss him in romance. I still wish him the best no matter what project he decides to take!
Controversial opinion: When I started my K drama journey I felt he was everywhere. He is totally leading man material but I got tired of him. I guess yay for his fans but also there are so many other great rom leads and up-and-comers that I won't be sitting around for him.
I should have watched a s1 recap. I appreciate the tiny one at the beginning of Ep1 but they barely scratched the surface. Hard to jump back into political maneuvering...
I thought it was odd they released two Xu Kai dramas that looked similarly flavored so close together. Also, definitely just my opinion, I felt he looked miserable in the promo stills for BCE.
Watched this after Hidden Love and was worried about connecting with Chen Zhe Yuan. I needn't have worried because he absolutely carried this! Not that everyone was bad, he was just that good!

Plz give it a chance :-)

Fun, loser ensemble cast 😀
