The way they ended this movie made the whole purpose of the film naught. Like really, WHY did she go all the way to Vietnam anyways??? She didn't look like she married her husband out of love, they looked cold to each other, she didn't seem to care about him whenever she met him and even the way she talked to her mother-in-law made it sound as if she could give a rats ass about him... and he supposedly had a "lover" which is another reason for her to hate him.... So WHY did she go to Vietnam to find him anyways - even with the cost of "selling her body out"??? Like???????? WTH????????? O.o Did she realize she actually loved the jerk or something??? (b/c that's what I might have thought based on Kim Chu Ja's song she sang..... but is that really what she went there for or is that just my assumption b/c the song said it all the time?).... I hate movies that end like this - I need clarification!!!!!!! And besides, I actually kind of shipped her with Jung Kyung Ho's character instead! There was a definite attraction (at least on his part) and I thought they'd be good together... :/
I went into this movie ON PURPOSE (not by accident) I wanted to watch it for the synopsis of it being a war based type drama set in Vietnam during that era. The singing part I enjoyed and I liked our friendship forming of the band (especially between Soo Ae and Kyung Ho) but the purpose is missing! :'(

A sequel is coming to us with background stories and testimonies of survivors ^^

I'm a huge fan of him on Immortal Songs 2 <3 Love all of his performances ^_^

This was an extremely boring movie for me... I went in hoping to watch a band form (Twin Folio) as I do like their music but this movie was more about the dumb love between one guy and the girl rather than the music part that I wanted to see :/ A big disappointment. Also I thought Kang Ha Neul was a lead but instead he's more like a side supporting character as he doesn't have much screen-time even though he's one of the main singers for Twin Folio. I was yawning throughout the movie and eventually started to skip towards the end.

Song Sun Mi's husband was murdered today... I wonder if she will pull out of this drama b/c of it. I mean it's pretty tragic and I don't know if she will be able to handle working under that kind of grief... :'(

Same! It'd be like a murder rampage almost for me lol - I'd hold nothing back b/c I'd have virtually nothing to loose!

I actually thought of that at that moment too, I wonder what kind of 'water' it is then - what kind of drug do they use?... At first I though it was the antler stuff they bought tons of, but after seeing these people go crazy - I don't think it's that. I hope they tell us soon. She also put a drop of that in the drink she gave Sang Jin the day before he committed suicide.

I can't believe people even buy into that 'living water' crap that supposedly works miracles and heals you - gesh! Were these people born without brains??? O.o Water is water - no water will work a miracle for you, no matter how much you "believe". Seriously - this drama makes me want to rip out peoples hair with how stupid they all are!

This drama definitely brings out your worst side lol - I've been having so many evil thoughts of what I'd like to do to some of those cult leaders -_- Like literally, very vivid imaginations of what I could do if I wanted to if I were in her shoes XD

They use 'God' and the 'Bible' as their basis for deceiving people (but even satan and all his minions know the bible through and through) - but these guys are in no way christians or believers or followers of the bible. Instead they twist it for their own benefit (just like satan would) they put words in there that weren't there, they use the ones that are there without the full context in order to deceive - they chant ridiculous things after someone says something. the cult leader says "Buy your way to salvation" Psh - makes me laugh - you can't "buy" your way there at all. This girl is right, they are all crazy. And where they are is hell and they are the devils.

I don't recommend this movie, as there isn't enough depth to it. The fathers are despicable human beings (like literally filthy trash - both of them). The one who raises the kid treats him very abusively and not at all how a true father should (blood related or not), he doesn't give a rats *** about him - even a co-worker of his took him to the hospital when he fainted b/c his own "dad could care less* but then somewhere along the line he actually had a heart for his kid?!! No. It's completely ridiculous - the whole entire story is pointless and not worth your time - I'm sorry for Seung Ho who acted in this (he was the only reason I continued "skip" watching this). (the picture makes it look so inviting and nice bonding kind of family love - but it's the complete opposite - don't be fooled).

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did :D
