EP1 officially airs on the 22nd. It's only out because WOWOW put EP1 out, a week early. EP2 will air on the 29th and every Friday until EP8.

Iku-chan is a LA exclusive character.
Iku-chan is in the manga as well as anime but she's there more of a side character rather than supporting one. Since Hina's mom is mostly shown in the first episode/few panels of the manga, the team behind the drama combined both Iku-chan (the nurse) and Hina's mom and added more to the character.
