I like the book so far, if you like toxic plots (as I do) and don't mind grammar errors due to them being fan translations, I'd say read it.

I agree, Vegas slapping Pete was expected because we knew he was like that. It was very out of place for this sort of show. In my opinion, 12 forty-five minute episodes is not enough to showcase both sides of this sort of relationship enough to make a whole lot of sense.

I do agree with people that you shouldn't have to read the novel to understand, but at the same time, the novel makes everything make so much more sense. Not that it's a good thing, but Day uses a LOT of force on Itt in the novels.

I think I've just now realised after they introduced Mac and Nan that there is definitely some BDSM going on in this show. It would make a lot more sense if I could find full English translations of the novels.

The first episode was tough to sit through. Yet I'm going to continue watching because why not?

Same, only on episode two and I was SO disappointed when I found out he's not the main, especially because I was of the impression starting it that Lee Soo and Gae Ddong would be together. Now that I know who the main couple are going to be, I kind of forced myself to like them, but there's still that disappointment of what could have been.

Wow, I've had this on my PTW for awhile but apparently there are no English subs? That's a whopping shame, not putting subs for inter. fans makes them lose A LOT of potential viewers.

Sure they usually put them on later, but if there aren't subs now, I'll most likely (and I'm sure others do too) take it off my list and forget about it. By the time subs are on, I might not want to watch anymore.

Well same, the whole reason I started was because I wanted to see just how asshole-y he could be, but that doesn't mean I don't get angry in the moment while watching. I'm only on ep 1, but I just want to give Da Yeol a hug.
