Me too, because chemistry depends on acting and story. And i watch dramas from these 2 factors.
And i think in the whole career of an actors/actresses, they rarely gonna play with the same co stars for every drama that they played and also act as the same relationship with their co stars. Maybe in this drama, they could be family and the next could be lover. So it didn't matter to me how their previous role are. Because the story and characterization different.

But to Qi Yan's defense, when Yu'er came to see him that night, to inform him about Misha and want to help rescue her, i think Qi Yan already forgive her haha.. But he still carry on the facade, because he want to use this opportunity to make her leave for her own good.
