And i also notice that the painting is kunwu's way to communicate with others. In the painting that Hong Shen discovered from Viscount, that painting with japanese woman and her children, as a spy why he disclose his private matter in that painting? Maybe they are not related to him, maybe it is his way to say that he already infiltrated many places with their japanese "children."
