I was really falling in love with the story. The progress kept getting better, the character development was amazing, and I absolutely adored how XY was so protective of HY. I even stayed up all night watching. I didn’t sleep until 5 a.m.!
Now I’m already on episode 35… but after reading the spoilers for the ending, I suddenly feel like stopping. The drama was so incredibly good. Why did they have to give it such a heartbreaking ending 😭 Omg my Neo💔
It’s so refreshing watching the trailer for the latest episode. It looks like XY goes back 100 years into the past and she actually knows it. She also realizes that the people in the palace are trying to use Hong Ye’s love for her to get the Kunlun Mirror. Such an intelligent and smart female lead. Omg, I love it!
Like you said, Seven is top billed and after all this drama is called Xiao Yao... So him not having as much screen…
Yes, I understand that Seven gets more screen time because she’s top-billed. But the problem is that the second male lead actually has more screen time than the main male lead and that’s kind of sad, haha😂
Neo really has so little screen time in this drama. It feels like the second male lead has become the main character instead. Seven, of course, gets a lot of screen time because she’s top-billed. But why does Neo have so little? I really wanted to see more of him!😭
Yes I agree. Maybe I’ll only watch it again after the female lead finally tells the truth.. Even though I dropped…
Exactly. This script is basically destroying the female lead’s character. She’s a total liar at this point. I really feel bad for the male lead. Both of them are acting so well, but the poor writing is just so disappointing.
You say basically everything I’m thinking about her as well. I haven’t dropped the drama, but I’m definitely…
Yes I agree. Maybe I’ll only watch it again after the female lead finally tells the truth.. Even though I dropped it, I still watched the trailer since I’d already bought the express package early on. But honestly, their relationship has gotten so intense. They should’ve been brutally honest by now. Love without honesty? Seriously, I can’t stand that.
Yes, the lies trope is dragged out for so long just like in Princess Gambit. I’m honestly frustrated watching it. When is she going to tell the truth. The story’s almost ending and she is still lying.
I feel like the director should’ve only made half of the story revolve around the lie. So by episode 17 or 18,…
Yes I agree with you. That’s why I see her character as either selfish or completely lacking empathy. The lie-based trope is still dragging on even after so many episodes. Honestly, I can’t keep watching something like this. It just feels like a waste of time and the drama’s potential.
I feel like the director should’ve only made half of the story revolve around the lie. So by episode 17 or 18, they should’ve already come clean. That way, the leads could’ve built genuine trust earlier and shown proper character growth. We would’ve gotten more sincere and meaningful moments between them instead of wasting most of the plot on deception. There are plenty of enemy-to-lovers dramas that are way more engaging and well-balanced. Sorry, but this one just doesn’t hit the mark for me. Maybe it’s because I prefer stories where the love between the leads is balanced and built on honesty.
This spoiler is not correct. So you don't need to pay attention to it.
Who’s going to save him? 😭 Will Ming Yi regret everything? This story is filled with so much sadness. I don’t even know if I have the strength to keep watching it. Their happy moments together are so short 💔 I mean their happy moments when everything is genuine and without any lies.
Shit - this is really how it all goes down? That’s terrible! oh my god
Yeah, I honestly don’t even know who to pity anymore. But JBZ is definitely the one I feel the most sorry for, because MY just keeps lying to him over and over, even though JBZ keeps choosing to trust her again and again. . And MY… she’s literally dying. My emotions turned into a total roller coaster after watching that spoiler😅
I saw the spoiler on YouTube, JBZ will finally find out MY’s true identity 😭. It happens after their intimate scene, when MY sneaks into the Spirit Well while JBZ is asleep. She totally takes advantage of the moment. Ugh, this is such a brutal betrayal. . JBZ ends up following her into the Spirit Well, and that’s when he learns the truth about who she really is. He gets furious and burns the GMD, so in the end neither of them gets it. At that moment, MY’s last petal withers, and she collapses, JBZ catches her in his arms 🥀. . Ahhh JBZ is so pitiful… he’s been betrayed again and again. I honestly don’t even know who should redeem who after this scene. Hahaha 😭 . Because the last petal withered, it means MY is going to die. But honestly, I think MY is at fault here, why couldn’t she just tell the truth from the start? . As for JBZ, I really hope he won’t turn into a fool because of love. He’s already been through so much pain in the past. Please, JBZ, be strong after this. If not, I swear I’ll drop this drama. Hahaha
Eh wait, let me ask, actually, has Ming Yi already fallen hard for Ji Bo Zai? Has she already started to love him? Which episode did she fall for the ML? (I know she lied to Ji Bo Zai about her identity)

I don’t mind spoilers at all. in fact, I actually like them.
