Arthur Chen absolutely carried this drama for me. He’s so strikingly handsome, and that deep, sexy voice of his made every scene unforgettable. I just wish the FL had been written with more warmth. She is kind and harmless, which is nice, but she often comes across as too flat and emotionless. For someone with such a tragic past like the ML, sealed away for 500 years, it felt strange that he’s the one showing all the love while she barely reacts. The romance ended up feeling a little one-sided, and the chemistry could have been more dynamic.
Not sure if we watched the same drama cuz fl is way different than you portrayed in your review.
Shocking that my opinion didn’t align with your personal fanfiction. Maybe try reading next time? I clearly said I dropped it at episode 7. But sure, go off. Maybe you’re just allergic to differing opinions?
Its not blue V verified. There will be fakes from time to time. Wait for official announcement before sharing.
Ohh yeah, not everything is verified yet. I just thought it was interesting to share. People can judge for themselves 😊 Anyway, it’s just drama talk, nothing that deep.

I’m not sure if it’s official or not because I can’t read Chinese. And also, there’s already a note under my comment saying “some people said it’s not a verified account.” So I can’t really share it here then? Sigh.
The official #Weibo page for the TV series #TakeMeWhereTheCloudsRise, featuring #LiYitong, #ZengShunxi, #Dengwei, and #TianJiarui, has been updated with a message that says "See you soon!"
Not the 'huwarghh!' based off of one episode 😂😂If you're used to Xianxia and fantasy, I guess this genre…
Huwarghhhh it’s because 40 minutes feels long, okayyy😂 If the drama hooks me, I can binge 5 episodes straight without blinking hahaha. So I’ll keep going! Thanks for the motivation, you hyped me up! 💪😆
I came here because of Mu Xingge in Love of the Divine Tree. I’ve watched episode 1, but huwarghh… maybe this investigation-based genre just isn’t my thing. I don’t think I can finish it. Is it actually worth watching, guys?
Hey! just want to ask you if it is enemies to lovers. And as well if it is a slowburn love as in like they take…
They started developing feelings for each other quite early in the drama, but later after FL is reborn, the ML kept his feelings a secret in order to protect the FL. They confess and open up about their feelings to each other in episode 27, if I’m not mistaken. That’s when the ML tells the FL how he truly feels and the same goes for her. You should watch it. I’ve watched a lot of xianxia dramas, but this one is by far the best.

I guess you could say it’s enemies to lovers, but they’re not really enemies. It’s more like he was forced to become her disciple, so the ML was really angry with the FL at first. I don’t think it took them that long to get together. The pacing was great, steady, not slow, and never boring.
I came across someone’s comment saying this, and I couldn’t agree more.
"Love of divine tree has to be the most equal OTP l've maybe ever seen. I'm not talking in terms of how much they love or sacrifice for each other, although that's definitely a part of it. But rather how the narrative took care to always put them in each other's shoes in a unending and beautiful cycle of care and protection, they've changed places countless times and have been exactly through what the other person went through. They've both been each other's masters and disciples, they've lost their memories and had the other person love them and protect them and they fell in love again, they both died or tried to die to save the world and each other, they both served as each other's homes when they had none. And it's reflected even in their last scene, instead of one of them taking on the house duties what do they do? They draw lots every day and take turns doing chores and taking care of their litter of kids while the other lounges drinking or playing the qin."

The way they constantly switched roles, experienced each other’s pain, and supported each other through every lifetime… it’s rare to see something that balanced and emotionally rich. Honestly, I’ve never seen an OTP so in sync. not just in love, but in the way they face the world together💕💕💕
I’m enjoying but the world-building is quite clunky. dialogue is also very expositional in places where they…
The dialogue’s doing more than just info-dumping, it’s revealing power dynamics, hidden motives, and emotional weight. In a story like Love of the Divine Tree, that layered approach adds depth to what seems obvious on the surface. Feud and Love of the Divine Tree serve totally different vibes though, comparing them directly kinda misses the point. not everyone vibes with poetic world-building and emotional slow burns🫰🏻
I just finished watching Love of the Divine Tree and I become a fan of Deng Wei!! He sure is blessed with good…
Yea, I’ve watched so many of chinese dramas, but Love of the Divine Tree is seriously the BEST one so far 🔥
He’ll be the male lead in Days of Seclusion and Love 🥹 He doesn’t do a lot of dramas. Feels like he really chooses carefully, quality over quantity 💛 He’s my fave too. Always worth the wait ✨
Everyone looks great in the cast, but I’ll be keeping an extra eye on Deng Wei. Something tells me his role is going to be quietly powerful🔥 Deng Wei is my personal highlight to watch out for. Quietly rooting for him 🖤 #LegendOfRosyClouds #DengWei
