i agree with almost everything. except the Ost was actually really good and the cast wasn't that good. only lee jae wook's and uhm ji won were really good

i couldnt have pit it better. no character arcs or development. the characters just did instant 180 switch in personality. poor romance. bad villain. plot is all over the place. this show wants to do too much all at once. the snow man plot which was supposed to be relevant was just sidelined and wrapped up very poorly

i agree. the way the snow man storyline was wrapped up was so rushed and left absolutely no impact. there were too many unnecessary characters and minor storylines. I didn't like the FL but I don't think it's entirely the actress' fault. she didn't have chemistry with the rest of the cast though

nice plot but lacks focus. disappointing romance and terrible villain. lee jae wook's charismatic screen presence is the only thing that keeps me engaged, plus the mystery that ends up disappointing.

im just as confused. when, how and why did they fall in love??? it just sorta happened. i feel like the romance should've been cut out cos it's just so unbelievably rushed. plus, they dont have chemistry. it feels so forced

her mother was probably a concubine and her father, being financially bouyant probably took her to raise her where she wouldn't have to suffer. the madame probably hates her because she is a constant reminder of her husband's infidelity. shes naturally a wicked woman whose heart is warm only towards her son.

I haven't watched a historical kdrama, in while, unless Goblin counts as historical. I'm really excited to start Dear Hongrang today. the first 5 minutes were already so intense. I can tell I'm gonna enjoy this.

yeah. i think she gets type cast to play those kinds of characters cos thats what shes known for. I'd like to see her at the centre of a romance though, or slice of life drama

How does a show put out such a great pilot episode, only to derail into such utter nonsense? It's so disappointing because, clearly the writers are working with a very interesting concept, but they simply don't have their priorities straight. This is a complex premise with complex themes and it deserved to be tackled in a complex light. Sadly, the whole thing is just full of jumbled up, irrelevant crap. Don't even get me started on how unrealistic the whole thing is. Honestly, I'm gonna have to drop this one because I cannot afford to get any more pissed than I already am.

ive been planning to watch the red sleeve for a while now. I hear his character there is quite grounded and serious compared to KTL.

i love Kim Minha, and this is a chance for me to get a different opinion of Lee Junho since i disliked King the Land. But whats with the poster???

the premise is good. however, the FL is insufferable and the entire plot hinges on all the characters being the dumbest and most inefficient bersions of themselves. like no kidding, this whole thing could be wrapped up in 2 seconds if some of these characters just applied their thinking meats. I might have to drop it cos it's also overdramatic for absolutely no reason. the music is good though.

why are people complaining about this being in MDL? I genuinely wanna know.

I think PGY lacks range. She's always so stiff and bland. and I've seen her in 4 different shows, yet she's literally always the same person.

I love Kim Go Eun, but am I really expected to believe she's 42 years old in this??? She already looks younger than she actually is.
