you killed a hundred year friend because of a human you just love for few months? you can just give him a warning…
That did not sit well with me either. Hae Soo was a misguided lover and he could have been seriously reprimended but killing him while Hae Soo was saying he liked Jun Ho ... I cannot look beyond that. Hence with all the character flaws Hae Soo has my sympathy.
I am happy to have experienced Bad Buddy the phenomenon!! My heart is full and happy! I wish everyone related to the series all the success they deserve. Ohm, Nanon; the world is yours. Go and get it!!!!!
I just got to know today that the lead couple for Color Rush 2 is different than the first one. It makes me sad. I loved the couple in the first season. I will watch the second season and hopefully enjoy it. But as a viewer I was quite excited to see the same couple again. But, no it seems.
This episode felt a bit dragged out to me. I knew that the parental conflict would come, so putting it in the last part of the episode made me restless. When it is known where the story is headed it is best to reach there fast (my opinion). Specially the developmemt of the Ink - Pa storyline at this point of the series feels irrelevant. This has very little impact on the overall narrative. I understand the necessity of the Pat-Pran flashback, loved their open expression of love and felt for their struggles. But still this episode could be better edited and narrated. As always Nanon is a brilliant actor and Ohm supported him perfectly. The rooftop scene again is iconic and we get the first bone crushing hug. Appreciated all of that. Their relationship is based on a life time of longing and understanding, it is just perfect. P.S. I do appreciate the representation of the Ink-Pa couple, no doubt about it. I just did not enjoy the timing.
Noone but shady Tod seems to know what happened to B? I mean the guy was almost beaten to death. Shouldn't there…
The missing parents have been bothering me too. Where is the mom! Why is the dad not concerned about his other son! Why does he not question W, when he is absent for hours as he just retruned to Thailand after ages. But I have chosen to not concentrate on them as the overall plot, acting and production is doing wonders for me. Personally I always struggle with what to do in the face of glaring injustice, favoritism and sustained opression. How far should activism go and where can one draw the line when the rules/laws established by the "System" is utterly rigged. Yes, I genuinely struggle to find my place in such a mess. And I am intriggued when I find content reflecting that struggle. Which is EXTREMELY rare in popular TV media. So I am waiting to see what they will do with this series. I understand there will be a large "Romance" content and I am all for it. But I hope they also give us a narrative which is not one-sided and preachy!! Happy Watching!
Hello, thank you for making this list. I would also like to add my two cents here. There are some very good shorts from Strong Berry. I know most are not series but may be you can at least add Strong Berry as a source because they are quite nice and someone looking for LGBTQ+ content and referring to your list might benefit a lot from it. Some of them are: A First Love Story, Please Tell Me So, Hold Me, The Confidential Coffee Break etc. etc. Besides storng berry I would also like to mention a few series and films. Series: Sweet Munchies, it has a gay character who had feelings for the ML and did not get reciprocrated. His was the best character in the other wise bland series. Though you did not focus on films but nonetheless I will mention a few: A Distant Place, Night Flight, Suddenly Last Summer. Thats for now, if I rememner more I will add. Thank you!
Finally started watching. I'll watch *anything* with Gun in it, but plot-wise, this is off to a bad start:1. The…
The story has plot holes, the ones that you have mentioned. But I have seen siblings getting separated after divorce. Even if the court does not grant it, quarelling, selfish parents can do it. As for the kids, they can also get tired of fighting to keep in touch and then loose interest. In any case these parts could have been better written. But the reasons for which I am loving the show is its narrative on justice, priviledge, hopelessness, violent activism, morality, right and wrong etc. etc. Also the acting and production. I am sorry that you are not enjoying it as much. My fear at this point is, they will make it all about "love" and discard the strong anti-establishment narrative that is going on now. But I laud GMM for daring to make a series like this.
P.S. I do appreciate the representation of the Ink-Pa couple, no doubt about it. I just did not enjoy the timing.
