I also loved Hikaru no Go the most, in fact, it's my favourite 2020 drama, and now one of my favourites of all time!!! And it also made me cry rivers, especially towards the end! :/ (But also made me smile so much, and I don't regret either the tears or the laughs/joy/smiles of course!! :) )
