I think the main female lead was pretty smart and quite strong in dealing with enemy..The story and romance itself quite compelling imo.. Currently I'm at ep 4. I loved the first 3 eps. I thought they were great imo. But watching ep 4 made me go mad. I can see many plotholes in this ep! I don't mind if it was the small one that I can hardly noticed..I can just forego that and pretend it wasnt happened in the first place. The first thing that irked me was watching Yesung as Oh Hyeon Ho in this ep. I hate his character's stupidity and his acting was'nt that convincing either (He better tried hard in his acting if he's going to be one of important character in Voice). Why bother asking Ms Kang if Hwang Kyung Il was near her or not if he was'nt going to hear her answer?? He was so stupid as police officer and so hasty in dumping the info that he got. For godsake he should be more careful especially while on walkie talkie! I hate watching crime drama full of stupid police. And the polices in Violent Crime Unit most of them was stupid especially the Chief. When he just assumed that Min Ji Seok died of suicide without even investigates properly! The smart one here is Jin Hyuk ONLY. The same happened with Go Dong Chul's death. The case just close as a suicide as easily as eating chocolate!! Does he think every corpes just died of suicide?? What a FREAKING DUMB police! Then we got to the scene where after Hwang Kyung Il knows that his secret has been revealed. When Ms Kang turns her back on to the suspect. WHY oh why she did'nt ran and just stand there like a statue. If she want to confront the said suspect at least do it face to face you dumb lady. She seems intelligent enough to do that. *sigh*

I think if not Shin Min Ah and So Ji Sub played the main leads in this drama, it won't get 9 rating from me. They're the one who make this drama interesting even if the plot is not so much

The last 5 min of the finale was too much sugary and cringeworthy in my opinion but I can forego that thus I rated it 9 as high as the level of enjoyment I had during watching the show overall. This show is too freaking adorable I think I've never seen a show that overflow with cutesy romance n comedic scenes throughout all it's episodes like this! This is a pure rom-com show inside and out. I think it should'nt be tagged as melodrama as I've found nothing melo in the story. I love all the characters. Seo In Guk is GOLD! Nam Ji hyun is pretty and such a pure-hearted girl *I doubt there's a human being as pure as her*. I love the mother-son duo scenes maybe not at first but later on they stole my big heart. I love 'Oska' character in this. In early eps, he does irritates me with his act but I found him funny most of the time and love all his bromance scenes with Louis. Even the villain not so much like a villain. I recommend this show to all who hold rom-com show dearly in her/his heart~❤❤❤

I agree only with cringeworthy part in your statement. But maybe this drama is'nt your cup of tea. Its pity really you have bad experience with this show unlike me. I have certain issue with this drama too but it definitely not absolutely crap/trash/ pathethic as you said. Mybe this drama was made and targeted only for SJK fans who wait 3 years ++ for his new drama to come out which is for me :P

I think the boring part of this lakorn is before the leads married each other and after that this lakorn entertained me so much. Am laughing my ass off at times while watching the later episodes. Yeah, there are so many absurd plot,ridiculous scenes, annoying high pitches side characters but if you're familiar with lakorns you will be not so dissappointed because most of them has these scenes. Don't watch this if you're beginner to thai drama especially when this lakorn has slap n kiss as it genre. You won't like it trust me ~ Good looking, great acting and good chemistry between leads save this lakorn for me thus I rated it 7/10 ^^
