I really cannot see Si -Ah falling for her dad....I know she doesn't know about it but we as an audience know…
I was afraid from the start that something like that would happen :/ But I think the producers handled it pretty well, his daughter is showing more affection towards Hong Shi-Woo, which is a good sign.
Neither the poster nor the description made me interested, but I'm glad I scrolled down to see a lot of positive comments, otherwise I wouldn't have watched it. I liked 'Go back couple' from the same director, but this... this is just on another level. I never expected to laugh and cry so much during the same episode. I was eager to watch one episode after another, but I hesitated at the same time because it was quite emotional. Despite the unrealistic premise, it definitely deals with a lot of real-life problems. I wish some parents could time travel too, maybe it would make a huge difference.
I was LOL thru most of this comment. But I seriously feel the PD is far better than that..One of my fave PDs in…
Yeah, it's faaaar from a bad drama, but it's unnecessarily complicated. It's fun to watch, the cast and the story overall is good, but if you try to analyse the plot and guess what's going to happen next + the weird mom/son and kind of romantic relationship... well, things get a bit awkward.
If only I had seen your comment earlier, I wouldn't have watched it. There should definitely be a tag for that…
I know, thank you. :) I expected such important tags to be among the first ones so that everyone sees it at a glance, but I understand that's not always possible because pretty much all tags are very important, I came back later and voted.
I was just about to say that. I'm currently watching the first episode and it happened there. There were no tags…
I don't think it's funny at all. No, it's not ''deep'', but I can't predict when the scene is going to pop up so that I could skip it. And I can't unsee it either. I know I'm not the only one, that's what trigger warnings and tags are for. For those who are okay with it, they can continue watching, but others can be warned ahead.
I don't like horror, but I like Psychological drama and the synopsis sounds really good, so I want to try and…
I was just about to say that. I'm currently watching the first episode and it happened there. There were no tags or warnings about animal abuse scenes, there definitely should be because it's horrible. The drama itself isn't bad at all, but I simply can't watch something that deals with such a theme, I'm dropping it after this episode.
I was quite afraid of being disappointed, but after watching the first episode, I'm sure it's going to be my next favorite drama. Unique plot, great main leads (finally no annoying, dumb and bubbly FL) and gorgeous cinematography.
I really like that you made an article about this, it's becoming a problem. Just like you said, some are even forced to undress during concerts, fan meetings and interviews. I actually fast-forward those scenes in dramas because I'm not interested at all, I don't really understand why people like such scenes. I mean, after you've seen a shirtless scene once in your life, that's more than enough. Next time it's nothing new and nothing special.
These photos reminded me of something that happened in high school. I had a PE class coming up so I went to my locker. A boy (classmate) whose locker was next to mine came after me and started changing his shirt right there. I quickly turned my head away, shocked, and he started laughing. I was like WTF? Without looking at him, I just said ''there's a bathroom down the hall, change there, not in the hallway''. I quickly grabbed my sneakers and went the other way. Someone called my name and I turned around without thinking. It was his friend who also started to change right there. Double WTF. I shrugged it off and he yelled after me ''How do you like it?'' Oh dear, I was about to throw my sneakers at him. Seriously? Maybe they thought that every girl would drool over their abs, but still, changing in front of someone and calling after them is not polite AT ALL. I didn't know what to do to shut them up so I just said ''I've seen better.'' and walked away. I guess that's why I fast-forward shirtless scenes now.
Dropped this show after an episode a week ago, someone posted about it on feeds and I decided to give it another chance yesterday. I ended up liking it :D It's strange that the first two episodes are a bit slow and meh, and yet every next episode is better and better. But I'm not complaining, I was just surprised. Not to mention that the sweets they make look delicious.
This was so fun to read :D I bet it feels great having a friend with who you can discuss from kpop to kdramas, it makes it a lot more fun. I've never encountered such a person, but Kfans are usually about ten years younger than me so maybe that's why lol I understand her mom's point of view, but maybe try introducing her to this drama world, she might become even more addicted to it than you two xD
Yes, Dating in the Kitchen is so good. Are you currently watching it?I tend to experiment more with Chinese cooking…
I dropped it after a couple of episodes because the story moves too fast for my taste, but it's not a bad drama at all. There aren't any shops with such ingredients nearby, unfortunately, but I might order online too. Aww, that's so cute, maybe your son will like experimenting with you in the kitchen in the future. :D It's fun to cook with kids, although it can get really messy.
Just like the saying goes, ''the way to a man's heart is through his stomach''. That's definitely true for the Dating in the Kitchen drama. Great article, but you made me sooo hungry. :D Thanks to dramas, I experiment a bit more in the kitchen and try making some things I'd probably never have a chance to eat. Egg rolls and nurungji are now my favorite snacks. And then I saw Yoon Se Ri in Crash Landing on You eating nurungji with sugar, tried it and it was soooo good. xD
Did you just say it has female leads that aren't ''annoying, childish, overdramatic''? In that case, I'll give it a try :D Seriously, I hope it's true because I'm desperately searching for such dramas.
I'm not sure whether to hate the whole production team or thank them. Afer watching these 15 episodes, they have successfully ruined all the other dramas for me. As we can only give 10 stars, I don't think I'll ever give 10 stars to any other drama again, it would be so unfair.
IU is great in Hotel Del Luna also because the character is a very special female character. For me her job in…
Yes, I wish there were more female characters like that in dramas. I'm quite sick of damsels in distress. I tried watching My Mister and I liked her there too, but I wasn't very interested in the story so I dropped it.
Hotel del Luna was one of the first dramas I watched and I absolutely loved IU's acting there, I didn't know at the time that she was actually a singer, not an actress. And Moon Chae Won... she really surprised me in Flower of Evil, her acting is top notch. Whoever paired her with Lee Joon Gi, they made a great decision.
I liked 'Go back couple' from the same director, but this... this is just on another level.

but I highly doubt it :(
