I don't think he knew anything about her when meeting her in the hospital. And why would he want to protect her if they don't know each other? lol
But I also believe there is more to it for him to making a fake QY to replace rather than looking for the real one. That means he only loves her face... lol

But why shouldn't she come back? It's her life. All the sudden someone took everything from her, including her face, her name, her life, and her career that she worked hard for

I think we know very little from QY at this point. But she definitely loves violins and has conscience. That's why she wanted to break up when he found out.

She wants to break up with him , not loosing everything that belong to her. It's very different. Anyone in her shoes would come back to get back what hers. Wouldn't you?

The question is where is she and why has she been disappeared all this time if she didn't die.

I don't think there will be real evil ones. But they are flawed human who did many wrong actions due to their selfishness and even obsession
SY loves violins and probably approached YZ because of he could help to go to bigger stages, but as soon as he found out, she wanted to break up. She always knows she is wrong.

I'm not sure what's else YZ is hiding, but he created a fake SY because he can't accept of loosing QY. The whole mess is created by him. But you still feel bad for him seeing he is suffering alone and seeing nightmare every night...

I actually prefer dramas this way. More human, and relatable. Like you might not support their actions but also understand where they are coming from

At ep 12 this turns to a very different drama vs Mask. Like every time I think we could get the drama direction, they throw us twists and turns to make us confuse again lol

But that's not enough, the director threw out some theories yesterday. Like what is the male lead is also a substitute and that he killed the real YZ. (The trees and the creepy music suddenly make senses). And because of QY is missing when she was suspicious/ investigated the matter he planned and created a fake SY to replace her. If QY is alive, it's to make her to come back ( to see what is happening?). If she is dead, no one knows his secret....

My brain hurts if they will go for this direction

I wonder if the doctor has his own secret and if he will fall in love with fake QY because I'm pretty sure fake QY is the female lead of the drama, while he is the 2nd lead

But yes I'm glad the drama is short too. So we will soon have all our answers/

Idk, QF seems to be too simple and straight forward. He doesn't even use his brain and seems to be unable to control of his feelings all the time while the real QY is a lot calmer... and definitely smarter if she could charm her way to all those men hearts.

On the other hand, 1st. YH could watch QY from his room. He is also the one who was able to save her when she had her allergy accident. That means he could be there and watch her often. 2nd. He is definitely smarter and calmer- at the same level with QY. Like I would say he matches QY way better than QF. 3rd. Not to mention he is very enthusiastic with his new friend- fake QY's matters. I mean it could be he denying to be Mr. Lavender previously when he suspected the current QY is suspicious and is doing everything to find the truth/ real QY. Just a possibility. Because I'm sure YH has big secret and his own motivation to do all these.

Last but not least, the actor playing YH has higher billing than the actor playing QF. That means his role is more important... He is basically the 2nd lead in this drama. So he has higher chance to be female lead love interest, whether real QY or fake QY :)

It's very obvious that the current QY isn't real, but since she lost her memory she doesn't even know that. And YZ is doing everything he could to make her believe she is QY. He has money and power and can create "fake proof"

I'm not sure if there is anything else but YZ has been looking for the real QY because he knows the current QY isn't real. He tried to have a fresh start/ happiness with the new QY that he created and is falling in love w her too. But he is still loves or is obsessed with the real QY

Almost everyone has secret and hidden motive in this drama and every ep has new surprise for sure. I like it :P

Based on what I have watched, it seems like XD (fake QY)'s dad tried to kill her on the mountain in Japan. And that's what her nightmare was about
But I'm not sure if it's the same murder or there is another murder...

While QY is a bad girl I actually feel bad for her that XD is taking everything that belongs to QY

Watching ep 10 now and he definitely knew and actually did everything he could so the fake gf think she is his real gf... And you are right, he didn't force her to try and just go with whatever she wants ( even it's day and night different with his gf) because he know

My question has been answered in ep 10. He knew!
He actually was the one that made the choice knowing she is not his real fiancée and does everything to manipulate her to think she is the real QY.

That's why he doesn't force her to remember and just goes with everything she wants even though it's nothing like QY. That's why he is afraid of her running away, or meeting others.... He doesn't want her to remember.

Next is the doctor, I can't wait to know his motive and secret? Because it seems like he is the real Mr. Lavender. And what is his relationship with QY?
