Yes, i also feel like Wen Xin was just in a “pissing match” with the sister! And even though at the end of the day it’s the dad’s fault for creating such a rift in the family, she (Wen Xin) could have had more character development, which would have made their romance more palatable :/

I agree with you. Just finished the last couple of episodes (I watch raw episodes) and what a letdown. Also agreeing I started (and ended) for him - everything I watch him in is great! But this drama sucked and she (wen xin) kept wavering from always wanting to hide their relationship to being way too jealous/overprotective - I do not think they were a good match.

Sweet sweet was pretty horrendous: lack of CP feel between the leads, mis-casting my poor He Yu as a playboy who suddenly changes for this random baseball girl, and the atrocious ending (not a BE, just beyond comprehension of any common-sense-having human).

Just finished Sweet Sweet and almost hated it (see spoiler below) but a silver lining was introduction to this cute actor! Agree with the below that he needs more roles!!

I personally think this was much better than Twenty Your Life On. That one got super annoying real quick (but I have an unfortunate habit of being unable to drop shows, so I watched through to the end). So I am pissed that show got a season 2 whereas there's no news on this one.

I feel you on Angelababy… WAYYY too overrated and feels so fake, but i do think she was a better Bei Wei Wei in LoveO2O than Zheng Shuang.

It was Tan Xin’s father, who bought it for her mum (and the mum uncovered it through finding the receipt in his jacket pocket before she did the laundry). Dad got flustered when Tan Xin came back so he hid it in her backpack.

I am so upset for how things ended for Lao Liu (Liu Liang Zhou) but how come even those stupid guys got a sign-off in ep24 but he didn’t get one in ep28 (which I am pretty sure is the last time he shows up in the show)? I thought that could have paved the way for him to reconcile with Xiao Yu but even main characters got sign offs in the last episode.

Absolutely agree with you that so many things would clear up if they just communicated -_- but I think when she asked about if he remembered them sleeping together, she asked that to the ML of this current universe, not her universe. So I don't think he (ML of her universe) would have access to the parallel universe ML's memories, right? (Although he did have the dream of them sleeping together but maybe that was coincidence because of her question?)

Baby Ruolan only had 2 modes: asleep or crying her face off. Loved Lin Yu Shen as MRF (and sadly the only male character with classic wuxia hair.. I get that this is Qing dynasty but the shaved fronts for men were not doing it for me!) Also I usually never watch a drama without a Romance tag but this one was not so bad. Very complex and more about the hero's journey and discovery of truth.

In the second chapter, they are portrayed by older (different) actors. I would comment that they are not as romantic (although they weren't overly romantic in the first one) but he is still there in the second chapter. Unfortunately, in the third chapter, his character has passed away.

I actually think the ML reminds me of Song Wei Long (from Go Ahead)!

I can't believe I finished this.. and that this series got a 3rd season (so many better dramas waiting for sequels). But to clarify, I believe the little boy is Zhang Jing Mei's little brother (remember the scene when he first mistakenly thought she was pregnant? But then turned out to be her mum's baby). So this boy is her second brother (surname Zhang like her). The little girl is the daughter of Zhang Jing Mei and Long Yi (surname Long) so her uncle (舅舅 for mother's side uncle) is the little boy. Also, the little boy's relation to Long Yi is that Long Yi is his brother-in-law. Hope this clears it up.
