I watched the ending credits ... just songs with credits featured n the picture with moving scenery through out the theme song ... even at time stamp 53 min ... still no pic of the Jisan goose. Sigh

I remember seeing them quarrelling at the train station so she didn't just left him without a word. They had a big fight and he wanted to break up with her n told her him or Shanghai. She had to go back to Shanghai to finish her work n cannot let her team at work down. From beginning of their relationship, he knows she has to go back to Shanghai for her work at the end of her work break. He also has his own issues with abandon. After the quarrel, he left her at the train station n walk away, cut off all communications with her eventhough she left messages after messages to him.

FL is not toxic. She wants CMD in her life n as her life partner but she also wants her career ... her career gives her the meaning of her person, existence n herself n her independence... not a crippled who needs a husband to support her or the girl who is disabled etc. She is afraid that CMD might not allow her to continue her career in Shanghai n not agree to the long distance relationship n wants her to quit her job and stays in their hometown. Though CMD did agree at beginning of their relationship tha5 he will not change her n she can do what she wants ... she still has doubts because people change after getting into a long term committed relationship n her conversation with Cui Ge didn’t help but alleviate her fears. So she thought by getting engaged to CMD is the key to tying CMD to her n that he will not break up with her. She tries to muster courage to talk to him but each time he has something on n her courage dropped. Her fears gets the better of her. Don't all of us ever once go through in life of delaying the news or talk to the person about a situation due to our fear and we procrastinate on our actions until the very last minute that we can avoid the topic anymore? FL was in that situation. She didn't have enough faith in CMD to tell him n is afraid he might break up with her.
CMD was upset with her for her lack of faith in him n always making decisions on her own.

Cui Ge coming off looking like a mafia boss with or without his sunglasses. 🤣🤣🤣 His awkwardness around WXX and always shooting his mouth off on the wrong foot. 🤣🤣🤣 Yet his "innocent actions" always earned him an opening chance with WXX 🫢🫢🫢 n his surprised look each time he won the unexpected lottery. 🤣🤣🤣 He and his occupational habits just come out whenever he is with her making him looking creepy and weird ... to point that the poor guy keep saying "I'm really a doctor." "It's my occupation habits" etc 🤣🤣🤣 Him eavesdropping on the girlie conversation n his admiration towards WXX went a notch higher.🤣🤣🤣 Oh ... he is so smooth with his lines too "It's too late. I'm falling deeper in love with you." n his "I will keep my mouth shut" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
