I will NOT miss this brown-black-brown-black BS that's for sure. Fon/Mond need their own drama! Please.
Are you talking about Liz' hair colour?! Because that was confusing the heck out of me! At one point I even went back a few scenes because I thought I had imagined the change from brown to black... Did they shoot the scenes at different times or is it the lighting that makes it look different?
Why are Sandee, Thada and June not in the casting list? I was hoping to get some more Deeda and June is always hilarious! I love their friendship dynamic in the other parts...
Pit was born out of wedlock and didn't even know who his father was. His mother passed away as well, so he was…
You're welcome! ^^ If you ever find the patience to watch this drama in full, I would recommend it. Sometimes not skipping scenes in Thai lakorns can be difficult (at least to me) as they tend to drag a lot. But here I can comprehend every characters motivation and behaviour - except maybe for Poowadon, he is a bit over the top. And the family dynamic in Thaes family is lovely! I adored every scene with them!
I've seen bits and pieces of this lakorn and I'm wondering what was the reason why Thae and Pit have a fallout?…
Pit was born out of wedlock and didn't even know who his father was. His mother passed away as well, so he was basicly an orphan. All these factors put him very low in the social hierachy. He was raised by Thaes family who loved and valued him, but he still felt that he was not equal to them and rather owed them gratitude. So when Pit fell in love with Thae he felt like he didn't deserve her and could not dare to persue her. Instead he decided to forget her and move on. He distanced himself from Thae and began dating Ravee. Thae on the other side was hurt that the person who was always so good to her and who she was in love with, was dating someone else. So to hurt him as he hurt her, she was mean to him. That's how they got into that spiral of hating and hurting each other.
I found this incredibly boring. From the first scene I was already annoyed with the cliché introduction of characters and their conflicts into the story. There are better ways to show that family members have problems with each other than them having a shouting match about how much they hate each other and why. I watched the first episode in full to give it a chance. But, man, Mick is as boring as a piece of dry bread in his role as Lak. I loved Andrew in the 2000 version of the drama. He was spunky and refreshing and you could actually see that his character just saw Massaya as a kid and fell in love with her over time. In contrast they tried to force some type of romance early on by making Mick find her beautiful or something... I skipped through a few scenes with Lak and Massaya in later episodes to see if it got better, but nope. They don't feel like friends and I simply can't see why she would fall for him. Another drama where Mick disappointed me. I don't get what people see in him. I find his acting mediocre and his portrayals mostly implausible.
Instead of wasting my time on this run-of-the-mill drama full of clichés, I rather rewatch the 2000 version - dropped!
Exactly what kind of trap was this all about ? Initially i thought Tang Yi was making a love trap for Fei or something…
I guess the love trap was part of it, from both sides. But judging from the subs I would say that Tang Yi was trapped in his search for revenge and thus kept himself from being happy. By letting things go and accepting Shao Fei he managed to free himself.
Autumn's Concerto is one of my all-time favourites! Up to this day I have watched it over five times... Isn't it strange how the most cliché tropes like "rich guy - poor girl", "controlling mother", "troubled past", "brain tumour", "amnesia", etc. that annoy me endlessly in other dramas are not bothering me here at all, rather make the drama even better? That shows that any trope can be a tool to tell a story. It depends on the actors and the storyline if that story is good or not...
Anyone watched this movie? So did the ship at least sail?^^
Nope, it did not. But were you really expecting it to? This is a medical drama, not a romance. But at least they threw some hints in there. Should be enough to make up some fanfictions to satisfy our need for a happy end for those two... ^^
Yeah, I know. They somehow managed their way around that problem. But still, it would have been funny to have New as both Kao and M and Off as both Pick and Bright and make a joke about how strangely similar they look... ^^
I am watching episode 5 with the rooftop party scene and all their friends are there and I am thinking: strange, where is M? And Bright is missing too... But then I realize that both actors have an episode in this series as another character and it would be kinda weird to have them appear in episode 5 as someone else. XD Although a joke about how similar they look would have been funny! ^^
For everyone who can't wait for subs and just watches the raw first, foreign language or not... (like me XD) Here are the links for the first two episodes. Remember, you need a VPN client to be able to watch this outside of Thailand.

But I think her head is leaning on his arm. That makes it uncomfortable for him though...
But joke aside, I guess in a scene like that, kissing and rolling around in the sheets, it's normal to get a body reaction like that...
