Kings have concubines, this is allowable by olden days laws to propagate the royal blood, which if one is considering how hard it was for children to survive childhood because of disease back then is absolutely a reasonable thing. Since as all men were allowed concubines, where does the cheating tag come from? it's an olden days thing, it isn't still in practice, why the strong feelings (this last part is for the original OP)
