Watching so many dramas gives me the conclusion that i would like to be satisfied with a drama from beginning to end. So many āgreat startsā then disappointing middle, lame ending, etc. can you recommend a show that is very good beginning to end?
This definitely has the same storyline of Autumn in New York, starring Richard Gere and Winona Ryder. Different premises but the overall story of age gap, ill girl, etc.
Iām impressed with the acting especially of Xu Ruo Han as she is nailing her role. There isnāt much acting from Jerry Yan as heās reserved, slow moving, reacting (donāt get me wrong he is perfectly playing his role) but He Ran is controlling the show and doing awesomely. Iām really enjoying this one just as I loved the mentioned one.
ML isnāt the worse jerk character weāve seen. He didnāt cheat. He loved in his own way. His problem is that heās not expressive as should be. She had lots of free time, did all the things she thought was supportive (cooking, visiting, being sexy). He just didnāt return it, maybe because he didnāt know how? The unplanned visit and his whereabouts was totally a misunderstanding. Iām just saying in the marriage.
Iām so over dramas with dumb, easily fall/trip, slow witted female leads (and after watching for two years now, these dramas are swarming with themā¦blame screenwriter, production). However you say 124% so Iām getting ready to start and look forward to a good show. Thanks for your review.
Itās okay. This is geared more towards audiences who appreciates details and the story. Yeah, itās not just guy get together with girl kisi kisi kind of drama. Itās okay.
I think LBY's biggest worshiper after emperor is Old Madame Cheng. She's even ready to make a big fuss if CSS…
I was imagining their shooting when she threw a tantrum like a five year old laying on back during dowry scene, that they all must have heaps of laughs acting. Haha. I donāt know, her character is hard to make, yes sheās adorable with Shaoshang but at other times she can tiresome to watch. Lol
The last few eps killed this one for me. It was so good at the start.
For me, not killed it but agree that the plot of brother was so unnecessary. It fell flat, boring so transitioned the great build up of leads. Nevertheless, still really enjoyed it.
