I think the whole point of the divorce is to give the out view of its complexity as well so it’s refreshing. Never have i seen a plot line this nor actually heard of it in real life. Therefore, its genius creativity from the usual arcs of marital problems plots. I thought their plan would be fairly easy, restoring their marriage but as we can see, there’s so much more into it. The good thing is that it’s pacing really well, not prolonging arcs, and it’s so interesting. There’s sprinkles of things to really apply as well to life. My only disappointment is lack of skinship for a couple who lives far from each other and supposedly really in love. Other than that, it’s near perfect for me.
At ep 10 and just gotten through another hurdle. At the least, they’re able to resolve immediately. But already foreseeable problems to come right at end. Still good.
Agreed. My current problem. I’ll like the start of many but when it rails off in middle, I drop it. If this one continues at current pace, it’s decent.
This is so good. A couple who can’t be “couple” because their apartment with in laws is so small. It starts out like that to other cultured beliefs of relationships within family that rocks this couples marriage. They long for simple days which doesn’t come easy so they go to extreme measures to try and find their needed time. This is a really good slice of life drama and casting is very good.
I hope this is only to get out of his contract bc I really enjoy his work. Jeremy Tsui is a fun actor to watch. Sad his career seems to had to come to this meaning he’s burned out or not happy. Retirement too is good as long as it’s really what he wanted. Best wishes to him.
Lin Yu Shen is a handsome man and I enjoyed his ‘love struck’ acting in this show. His tender care for Zhao Lusi character and their great vibes made it work. Goes to show both their acting ability is versatile and professional.
I do say I agree with you in some aspects and disagree in others. Just to preface, all of this is my personal…
Thank you for your post. If there is anything unique about this forum from our perspectives about a drama, it’s that we are real people and not acting on a script. Our lives and experiences are the real drama and sharing them is the best there is for: 1, it can be an inspiration to another 2, it enlightens other views on a topic 3, makes us think about our own lives and what is good or more to explore.
I’m glad you’re in a good place from those hard times. I’m also glad you’re around to share very insightful thoughts .( ~^~)
Hop in. It’s pretty good as the good guys are always a step ahead of the schemers. I’ts just a nice treat not to worry too much and seeing the heroes be heroes. Fifteen up, I don’t know but so far so good.
Trust me, ML is not trash. Of course it’s a matter of opinion but I just don’t want people to be put off and not give it a try because of this opinion.
Right? Meon is really trying with all her might to 'rational' herself into being ok. She wants it. And she decides…
I wanted to see last episode before I read your comment here. What you say here sums it well. “Liked the promise of courage and stepping onto a path together. The separation between a couple may be large at times, and then shrink to nothing at all. But as long as both are still looking into the same direction, it can be whole worlds until you find each other again, you can still love.”
I’m happy with ending. I think they wrapped it all up really well. Masterpiece! Gem.
It seems like you’ve seen it all. Hasn’t been updated in my region as of this reading and writing. Im gonna hold out from your post that it ended as how I want it.
What you’ve said though is so meaningful and so right. A lot seem to be bashing her, especially after ep 15. It’s a darn hard relationship to be in, which requires a LOT of effort from both sides. The results of episode 15 in reality is most likely true, the toll and frustrations, that even the heart full, will come crashing. The gap is too wide, and too many holes can’t be filled with love alone. It takes a whole lot of work. Thank you for your insights. I’m gonna savor the last episode. I’ve loved this story so much it’s hard to see it come to an end.
