One of the Best Dramas I've watched in a while... This show makes me want to re-rate every drama in my list cause am thinking of all the shows that fall short of this perfection that I rated 10 ⭐. Gosh, I can't believe I have been sitting on this for months! The hell? This deserves 9.0 rating and above!

Yes, that's what gets me so addicted to Chinese Bromance, the unsaid love between the two leads somehow is even better than the in your face fan service we get in most BLs. (Addicted will forever be the exception to this) would I like more truer adaptations of the sources? Yes... I still would love to see Mo ran kiss Chu wanning but seeing the hard work and audacious creativity of production teams when they convey gay love in censored content more than makes up for it.... I noticed alot of BL fans don't agree though,

Straight, love to see two handsome dudes fall in love, witnessing that slow decent into all consuming love is addictive to me, I wish I had a deeper reason but I don't. The heavier the plot the better, I hate anything BL that lacks plot, also in BL genre I specifically love danmei because the female characters are actually well developed and not every one is gay (u know? No decrimination against straight couples) When it comes to Dramas I can't say BL is better than GB, I mean, I love to watch dramas that feature two hot dudes making out but that fact alone won't make me watch a BL, both BL and GB are on equal grounds in that category, however when it comes to reading, danmei wins. as of late I can seem to read any novels with a GB couple, it's all Chinese danmei for me.

No unfortunately there isn't one, it's an ongoing translation (165/288 ch translated). chapter uploaded every 3 days. I think there are advanced chapters, I don't know, I haven't even halved the book so didn't think to check.

Yeah I noticed 🙂, that's why I want to wait until December atleast b4 starting it, maybe then a significant # of ch will be out, I dont think I have the patience to wait a year or maybe more for the complete translation

Oh no worries it's not as bad as you may think, and there aren't that many court officials, and the author/translator do an amazing job that it's not that confusing...I love the unpredictability of it all, there are so many wtf moments, I kid you not, you won't even be able to put it down cause you have to know what happens next, try it, you can always drop it 😉

I don't like Nan chan unfortunately, the couple reads like they should be best friends and not in a relationship, I dropped it cause I felt like the author was forcing it. 😕

I have come to the conclusion that when it comes to bl, nobody does it better than the Chinese (personal opinion) both written and live action content is superb, anyway if you're bored and need something to obsess over check this out...
