Because it's badly done, so you don't understand quickly what happens.
Nah, that part was pretty straight forward and actually decently set up in the show. They've mentioned the Korean war several times and had Lee Gon read up on it because it had never happened in KOC.
I absolutely adored Soon Ae and Chef's relationship, but around 10 eps in I started to get upset cause I knew they couldn't be a couple by the end, and the drama would steer it towards Bong Sun X Chef.
Can 100% confirm that's where it's heading. The savior plot line is super cliche, and was made a big deal in the…
Ah, true. Also don't have to worry about cruddy CGI. The sets would be a little bit harder to make though. (I suck at describing locations so the reader can somewhat picture where they are XD)

Pretty sure it was to show what a great, fearless, perfect king Lee Gon is. But all it did was leave me wishing for a real battle seen with competent opposition and realizing this drama could have been so cool as an actual modern day monarch political drama. Watching this drama is like getting convenience store Ddeokbokki, mostly too hard, sometimes too mushy, the sauce covers the taste of the ddeok while not tasting that good, and theres only 2 pieces of fish cake.
Also again on the character thing: when I write new stories I always remind myself that every character is the main character in their own life, and my main character is simply the one I've chosen to focus on who happens to have some relation to them all. This show only gets that right for Shin Jae's (and possibly prime ministers) arc. Everyone else is thrown to the wayside in favor of LG and TE. As much as I adore Woo Do Hwan I'm becoming upset with how they present Jo Yeong as only having a life for the king. While it makes sense, they could have done something as simple as having him have a preferred martial arts style, a signature watch, or just something that gives him a little bit of agency outside of his connection to Lee Gon. All we really know is he does his job well and he is incredibly vain and impatient.
The end of ep12!! Finished it one hour ago, still shook to the core.I really really love this drama, despite all…
Can 100% confirm that's where it's heading. The savior plot line is super cliche, and was made a big deal in the beginning, they've pretty much stopped talking about it since ep 6 so that it will be 'surprising' again once the time loop part of the drama is complete. As for the 80% of characters, there are just too many characters that the drama is choosing to do 1 or 2 well and the rest can go huff it. Still ticked about the Prince Buyeong non-starter of a character arc and the useless Japanese tensions arc.
That person that killed herself is Jang Ja Yeon. Yes, Sunny of Boys over Flowers... That Jang Ja Yeon. Jun Chang…
As someone who lives in Korea and constantly consumes news, Korean witch hunt culture and cyber bullying is terrifying. Even false accusations can ruin someone's life in a matter of weeks.
I heard in this case he was innocent, but even if he wasn't making this drama fail doesn't only effect him but everyone else who worked on it as well. I, for one, don't believe in guilt by association and thus don't think people should be punished accordingly.
Korean witch hunt culture is incredibly scary. If you boycott everything that has someone who was accused of something, you're gonna stop watching dramas all together.
Lee Rim wants that magical flute because it will give him eternal life. He doesn't care about the throne but only…
Why bother killing his brother before stealing the flute then? Why not just take the flute and then kill his bro? He didn't have to wait until his brother was looking at the magical flute to steal it.
I've adored PBY as an actress since I first saw her, but have hated everything she's been in until now. This is such an adorable drama. And this has one of the best romance subplots I've seen in a drama, usually they are rushed or just completely out of nowhere, but this one was just so enjoyable.
I stopped after ep 2 with a feeling of 'Yup thats where this story ends, he joins her hotel'I just didn't care…
As much as I adore the main actors, I already dislike the main male character so we'll see how far the female character can carry me. It's kinda interesting cause normally I can't stand the female characters.
At this point, I could care less about either LG or JTE dying. Writer Kim just better not kill Yeong or Eunseop…
when they first met I got the feeling that they might kill one of them off for drama, everything else has been either extremely predictable or so out of left field that not much would shock me.
People I don't want to die: Everyone except TE and LG, even the bad guy.
The premise of this drama is very unique and I only started to watch it because of IU, but after 2 episodes I…
I stopped after ep 2 with a feeling of 'Yup thats where this story ends, he joins her hotel' I just didn't care to continue. However I'm planning on continuing cause I want more IU and I know there are some cameos I'm dying to see.
In the time travel genre I also liked:
Will you be there?

I used to read Merlin and Danny Phantom fics on fanfic dot net.
not done yet though :/
I haven't read drama fanfic before, its not as easy to find as anime.
Also if you haven't seen it I'd recommend sweet but a psycho put to man wol XD
