Pierce/Typhoon: Felt forced. Perhaps if the story had played out over 90 minutes we would have gotten a sense of the growing troubles and then actually felt like their relationship was in danger. But in 21 mins it became laughable. Typhoon complains that Pierce spends all his time at work... after one night. Ridiculous. (PS: Writers, maybe talk to the composers about how they actually write and produce music if that's going to be a critical part of your story.)
Moojoom/Xin: Bizarre. Not that I have a problem with that. Felt like an "Art School Project". Hard to truly care for a character that's a cat, or rejoice when the relationship is just owner/pet. Felt like they could have paid more attention to actual cat behavior and tried to replicate it.
Ping/Peam: Adorable. I actually thought Ping was a "ghost" helping him on his journey and the guy in black was gonna be the love interest. Cute and sweet, simple story. Great job. (My fav of the 6)
Mini/Titan: Silly little fluff. Wish the hint of romance had been developed a bit more, but cute nonetheless.
Night/Mek: A very sweet story. Definitely brings you back to olden days. Think the bromance could have been developed a bit further, but cute and well done.
Ray/Jedi: A bit of a puzzler, but I like a different kind of story. I was not a Copter fan in GenY. He had his moments, but I felt it was all a bit forced. But here he is very natural and much more likeable. Kimmon was more natural here too, although he still has a tendency to be a bit phony/forced. He tries too hard, rather than just letting the dialogue shine and his emotions show. But still I enjoyed it and got the fuzziest BL vibes in this segment.

My recommendation: Skip the first two segments and just watch the others.

Perhaps I was trope conditioned but I did see some acting going on. I sensed that ShinWoo was hurt, conflicted and recognized that there were reasons for his attitude so I chose to cut him some slack until they revealed why.

The list of tropes I despise is too long to enumerate.

Was not expecting a side couple in 3 episodes. I wonder if we'll get anything more than just a couple of glances.

To appeal to their target age group - high school girls.

They do this a lot in Thai BL. The obsess about someone's looks in the dialogue, but then don't cast actors who match the description (Are you listening, TOSSARA?). It seems they never contemplate adjusting the script. Cutting a few "hot" references takes about 30 seconds, guys. And how shallow. All anyone ever talks about are his looks. If that's ALL he's got to be proud of, should our hero really fall in love with him then? I honestly don't think BL writers know anything about love.

I'll say. Both of the ships have gone from 0-100 fairly quickly. But they don't have a lot of episodes, so...

Caught up on Eps 5 & 6. Not much goes on, but I'm still loving every second of it. My personal opinion: I don't think DaOn has any interest in TK, other than just being nice to him. I think it's a mis-direct, so we will think there's a love triangle - but then they will clear the path for the TK/Shinwoo-ship. Just a guess (and I admit 75% of my guesses are wrong).

Very cute little bit of nothing. Strong acting from the two boys. Great expressions that really sell you what they're feeling. Good direction. Not much here, but it's all cute and sweet and I think the actors have potential to lead their own series. Nice job.

A promising start. War is so good. Every glance tells a story, and so far the others are keeping pace with him. I agree with everyone, he's far too old to play a high school student, but he does it well. It's fascinating to see how they've all progressed as actors in just a year or so. Also goes to show you what a confident director can elicit from his cast. I'm happy this is a short series, because it doesn't have any fresh ideas or settings, so will be fine just seeing them get together (and hopefully end with a delicious first kiss).

Absolutely loved this. Unusual story that never went where I thought it might. Phenomenal acting. Right up there with the all time greats. Did the mother win any awards for this? Because she deserves an Oscar and every other acting award. Roy was also fantastic. Wish the son had been given as many good moments because I think it would have added depth to his character and the movie, but he was still strong. Loved the animation, especially scribbling over the Dad and lover kissing. Haha. He didn’t want to see that! What a gem. This deserves wider recognition.

How can I like such a simple show so much? Oh, I know, because all of the actors are adorable and very good at their roles and the direction is spot on. I'm actually laughing out loud at scenes, because they are played so well, and the timing is perfect. All of the reactions are so clear. You see their emotions and know what they are thinking. This is a talented cast.

Granted, the whole "student council" angle is ridiculous. Why do they get their own room (where they seemingly do nothing that has anything to do with student council?). And why are they all alone in the school? And why do they stay late into the night to do homework? Don't they have families, parents, teachers? Anyway, nitpicky problems that are immediately forgotten when Shin Woo comes on screen. Sigh.

Don't feel I learned much in this episode, maybe it's just because I had seen some of it in the previews. Got the true backstory about why Sun was "adopted" but not much else.

Giving a heart necklace to your bodyguard? That was truly strange, since there has been no real courting going on yet.

Writers: You don't pass out when you're thrown in a pool. Sky was never in danger of drowning - especially since the pool was shallow. You really think so little of your audience? Or are you just that lazy?

It's ridiculous, but I'll keep watching, specially since this is a short series.

I don't think he was moving. Or if he was, they should have shown it to heighten the comedy. I found NOTHING funny in this show. Lack of kissing would normally bother me, but since I didn't care about these people, I didn't care if they kissed or not.

Yes, and in one shot he's touching Mark's arm, but in the next shot, he's on the other side, touching Jin's arm, then in the next shot, he's on the other side, touching Mark's arm, etc.

I kinda liked the series, but after this finale, I pretty much hate it. One of the worst finales I'e seen. Pacing got glacier slow.

Gotta say, when I found out they were ALL in on the "plan", it made me furious. All the lies and deception. What kind of friends are they?

What was with the 30 seconds of silence after the exam, just so they could decide to go to lunch? Why prolong that? Writer/director... you do realize this is the last episode, right? Don't waste time!

Then the slowest scene ever (we stayed up all night... are we supposed to feel sympathy?). And even though Bomb says "I want a 3 day break", Bam insists he meet up with Jin, amid endless lackluster looks from the crew. Ugh.

Poor editing in the cafeteria scene. Bomb is next to Mark, then next to Jin, then next to Mark. And the ridiculous stare-off between Mark & Bomb. Hasn't this been the same for the last 4 episodes?

And let's move to a new location (the impressive stairwell) to have basically the same scene all over again (Mark, you were awesome last night!). Bomb pulls Jin aside... and then runs off???

And suddenly he's back in his dorm, pouting and lying down? WTF is going on???

Didn't believe Aim's crying confession at all. She knew exactly what she was doing all along.

And WTF is up with Bomb. He's jealous of everybody with no real reason. When did he become so insecure and pathetic? Aim told you she was giving up. Do you not believe ANYONE? Why?

Did we need a "searching the campus" montage? Nope.

Even Mom lies to Jin. Because.... ???

Lackluster ending. No real resolutions, aside from the MC. Such a shame. If there is a season 2, I won't be back.



"How many times do I need to repeat this?" -- Yes, how many times? Has no one who works on this show ever had an actual conversation before? You know where you say something and then someone says something in response and then you both move onto the NEXT topic?

And yet it's taking him forever to write the script. He's really bad at his job.

Dropped after 4 eps. Script was weak and performances weren't strong enough (mainly the lead) to keep me interested.

I wonder if this means they are blood related.... brothers/half-brothers?

Actually, I have found it, but the copies are over $50 and I don't think it's worth that much, no matter how much I loved this story.
