I loved how Da Woon started off as a strong person, while Si Won was insecure. Da Woon was a helpmate who picked…
You make some good points about what is truly difficult in acting. It's always the overtly emotional performances that seem to get praised and win the industry awards. This series doesn't have any fireworks, unless you count Si Won's mother having her brief meltdown (which stands out all the more because it's so different in tone.)
If you through the comments here you'll see quite a few people who think the acting by the leads is amateurish.
Very well written drama ,Drama's name sound like those light cute bls without any special storyline but till now…
I admire them taking the risk of having a lead character who starts out so flawed. He has been deeply hurt and has had years for it to fester. He's not going to spring back easily.

Thank goodness it went above 1.0 twice. I've been worried that if the ratings tanked they'd cancel the series midway through. That would be devastating.
nothing was answered in regards to what happened to Dr. Yang.. did he quit? was it a break? who posted that post?…
Tbh you followed the plot a lot better than I did.
I thought maybe the boy was adopted, but I doubt that two men would be able to adopt in Thailand. And of course THEY DON'T EXPLAIN IT because that would be too easy.
(And I think the boy was trying to tell Dr. Pun that the other kids tease him because he has two dads.)
Kijoon telling Yoojin about how he first fell in love with her ...
I guess the screenwriters weren't thinking because of course those two were both in relationships already, so they're asking us to feel warm and fuzzy over their first steps toward cheating .
And I always get cynical when a show plays the "baby" card in an effort to win sympathy for a character. Once I saw what was up I started skipping their scenes.
All in all this was decent but I don't feel the way I do when a series that I dearly love comes to an end. I won't be missing these characters and I doubt I'll ever rewatch any of it.
With all this talk of a main character dying you can view the series poster a little differently now. It's like all the characters are carrying Mon the way pallbearers carry a coffin.
That wasn't bad - it was quite good. But it was excruciating. The writing is great, the acting is great, it was…
Plus, if So really does have a terminal illness it's awful of his mother to want him to stay out of relationships because it might hurt the other person when So is gone. What about wanting So to have comfort and support through love?
That bit during "Romeo and Julian" where the guys had to keep kissing until the wedding march was done -- such a great example of squeamish humor, something right out of "Curb Your Enthusiasm". There were squeals from the audience when the kiss began but as Mon labored his way through the music you could sense everyone in the auditorium on the edge of their seats.
The elevator confession was a wonderful moment too. And I'd like to know what's going on with Mickey's apparent man-crush on Q.
Unfortunately, the big twist at the end is the kind of thing that can make a viewer forget "Romeo and Julian" and the rest of how good the episode is.
i read the webtoon before watching and its compleatly different and it made me hate the first episode. but i fell…
This is why I'm glad I have little interest in reading webtoons or manwhas or what have you. A series should be able to stand on its own.
I did have a look at the original work that inspired this series and I was struck by the mediocrity of the drawings and how over the top the story was. If the series had followed that toon to the letter I think the result would have been something more like the first episode of "Secret Crush On You" -- in other words, ridiculous and unrealistic.
Good movie overall, the direction is kinda similar with To My Star and Where Your Eyes Linger, my only comment…
Seriously! In most dramas nobody's phone has a passcode either. At least in this one the glasses guy unlocked the bully's phone by using facial recognition.

But the guy who proposed to Rose .. wow.

There has to be more of Saint to come. He's listed as a main character but has had very little screen time so far.

And that illness is probably why So didn't plan on ever going to college.
Something tells me we're in for a sad ending, folks.
