The people who market these series are so dumb to prevent the international audience from watching when they are first released. And Waylu Films are sketchy for not letting anyone know that this would be happening until a day before the release.
Clearly a BL disguised as a bromance, and even then just barely. Even if we never see them in a sexual relationship, the emotional bond is depicted clearly.
Maybe Nick Yang's work here got him the part in Boundary Crossing.
Okay I'm trying to find this English song which played in the 2nd episode but I can't find it ANYWHERE! CAN somebody…
Shazam doesn't recognize it and a google of that lyric doesn't turn up anything, so it's likely to be an OST for the series. If that's the case, it will probably get posted to YouTube at some point.
It's pretty good but there's a lot of wasted time in the first two episodes. The way YSY stalks KIS is also a little cringy.
And I guess YSY hasn't left much of an impression on KIS. YSY has (1) locked eyes with the singer while listening to him perform on the street, (2) been stuck in the middle of a talk between him and his manager through the bus window, and (3) pretended he lost something and searched under their table at the pub (where I thought KIS was kinda rude), yet when KIS sees YSY playing keyboard in the trio by the pool he doesn't even recognize him (he refers to him as just 'the guy on piano').
So far for me it's the least auspicious beginning for a Viki mini-BL. I hope things start to pick up in Episode 3.
I finally bought and finished the book. I loved it so much! Is there a sequel??? Mork is probably one of my fave…
I definitely see Fluke as Mork too ... in the trailer when he gives Tawan the chicken rice and lifts his head to give that big grin ... I die every time
I don't comment in this section much but I do enjoy reading all the comments because this is the happiest page on MDL. I love how much everyone loves this series. I've certainly never seen a page where watch parties are organized each week. That is so cool!
Irozuku Subs is truly our benefactor ... I suspect that the reason the wider BL community knows about this series is because of her work. Even if you can't sponsor her on patreon I hope you'll consider leaving a comment on her site, letting her know how much she has touched your life with this amazing gift.
I was hoping that Moon Ga Young would get back to romantic comedy after she did such a brilliant job in 'The Great Seducer'. She played her evil character so well that if she'd stayed on that track she could have become typecast.
Hwang In Yep has a big career ahead, and I'm one of those people who thinks that Cha Eun Woo *can* act, so this is a must-see for me.
Can someone tell me what's the relationship bw my ambulance and this show? Because I am lost I'm sorry :( Also, what's…
'My Ambulance' had Bilkin and PP as a side couple. I've never seen it so I don't know if they actually become involved in a relationship. The two series do not exist in the same fictional universe.
Also, 'My Ambulance' and ITSAY were both written by the same screenwriter -- who also happened to star as Soda in 'Why R U'.
So do we rate more than one drama for our ratings to be logged?
I don't know what approach they're taking. If it was me, I'd look at the date the account was created, the date of the rating/review, and see if the user has been to any other pages or written any other reviews.
AnniaD (below) seems to have some insights into this.
Just so sad to read comments of people who just watch 1 or 2 episodes and have a tons of comments..just like the…
Last night as I thought about this new episode coming up, I imagined all the outraged commenters sharpening their knives to get ready for the kill.
I'm sure over the next couple of days we'll get told which parts of Episode 4 were dark and offensive and damaging to gay culture and encouraging homophobia.
With the new rating algorithm and MDL's efforts to ignore the ratings from accounts that were created for the sole purpose of influencing the score, an 8.9 is actually very good. Some other dramas dropped by much more.
This site is different from one like Viki, where if a drama isn't rated higher than 9.0 it probably sucks. Grade inflation over there is the rule.

People get fed up when the 'greatness' of something is shoved down their throats.
The motorcycle that picked up Tan at Dr. Bun's house looked a lot like the one in the security footage from the hospital.

I hope it's because they realize that they need to do a better job of tying up all the loose ends, and are re-editing the finale.
I've all but given up on It and Voice having any kind of happy resolution. Still hopeful on the other two pairings.

Grab the popcorn, folks.
