But honestly, I've experienced whole "fan wars" in other genres where they've been downgraded and upgraded or rated extremely highly because of the actors. That's why I no longer take the ratings quite so seriously and tend to look at what people write...

Go to the “Episode guide” tab, click on episode 1, then you will see empty stars 0/10 next to the current rating of the episode (orange) . Click on it and a window will open. In the lower part it says “+ Write a review”. A new window opens with empty stars. Click on them according to your taste and click on save at the bottom. If you like, you can also write a review about the episode.

I always do it this way because, for me at least, simply clicking on the stars does not save my rating. You can see whether your rating counts if not only the corresponding stars are yellow but also the corresponding number, e.g. 8/10, is displayed.

You can and should criticize his behaviour and demand consequences, but don't blindly let yourself be guided by hate and not use your head. That doesn't make them any better than Lee Jin-ho and the mob that went after Sae Ron.

I wouldn't give anything to the MDL rating at first (at least that's what I've learned for myself recently).

If you like Kang Tae Oh, watch the drama. If watching him is enough for you, then you'll get your money's worth. It's almost like a commercial for him 🤭 There's a lot of KTO: the rational one, the hot one, the funny one, the sad one, the “bad” one, the loving one, the puppy one. (Personally, that would almost be enough for me on the series🫣 honestly, I couldn't take my eyes off in between 😅)And the comedic KTO was completely new to me.

Personally, it took me 1.2 episodes to get into the humor groove. But somehow the drama managed to pull me in. More and more with each episode. There are heavy themes, but somehow the drama always seems so fluffy despite everything. And you really are made to laugh in every episode.
I would say I go through all the emotions. But laughing through tears is my favorite. And the ensemble is fun. Lots of great supporting characters.

So just give it a go and see if it's for you. I would say Kang Tae Oh does not disappoint.

-> As the family mentioned, they only found out about the relationship in 2018 and rejected it, but as KSH assured them that it was serious and wanted to take responsibility, the parents agreed. It was also mentioned that it should end in marriage. KSH never denied the latter.

-> That's an assertion. Not every relationship ends with you hating each other afterwards. If there was no violence involved, you should manage to treat your old partner with respect, just as every person deserves respect in the first place. Of course sometimes it takes time.

I subscribe to your last paragraph 100%. You don't treat anyone like that. Just not acting that way when you know the other person shows bad character.
I could see them redeeming Baek Ho by having him realize in the next episode that he was just a cheap tool for everyone else and he tries to make up for his misdeeds and maybe do something really brilliant and save the potato lab/make it very successful/independent again

I don't see her that way either. I see her as a very strong character who has had very hard obstacles put in her way in her life. Who goes her own way without giving up and is prepared to embrace the new and unknown without losing her humanity or empathy. Who appreciates honesty and can forgive. Someone who has experienced so much crap and doesn't lose their humanity and can forgive is not a doormat, but simply very strong.
