You saw the bulkier guy in season 1 as a "loser coward soft top?" What does that mean?
But Seong Ho (S1) isn't the one who sent Gyeong Won (S2). The person who set Gyeong Won on the teacher is called Chang Min. And we don't even know who that is yet.

Title Idol I Spoiler
So my theory is it's the ex gf Hye joo who did it. The earring is from a set that Raik stopped wearing his half…
That's exactly what I was thinking (including the fourth band member, which I also dismissed)... I think that's how it will turn out. Remember how she crumpled up the photo... I think Woo Yeon either told her that they would continue as a band (which would put La-Ik out of her reach again) or, and I think this is more likely, he thought of La-Ik first and sacrificed himself when she wanted to kill La-Ik because she couldn't have him... I also seem to remember that the father clarified something for her father at the prosecutor's office. In the end, the prosecutors and the family will fall. However, I had hoped that the prosecutor would emancipate himself from his father and bring his dirty deeds to light, thereby becoming an honorable man...

I think William went through hell in his last relationship. I know people don't like him but when he talks, you…
I like him and think that many people cannot empathize with him. People think his appearance labels him as a player, and his fearful-avoidant (fearful-ambivalent) attachment style labels him as a red flag. To me, this only indicates that people who think this way have no experience or idea of what people who react this way are going through internally.

You can tell what a thoughtful, doubting, but also reflective person he is. He doesn't really have self-confidence (which people deny him because of his appearance). I just hope he doesn't feel pressured to get into a relationship with Izaya. Because he needs someone who is securely attached and treats him with patience and forbearance, and honestly, I don't think Izaya can do that. He has his own baggage to carry, and he invested much more at the beginning (and said himself that he wanted to please William).

I don't necessarily see (yet) that he understands why William is the way he is. Instead, he is easily hurt by William's actions (which can build up pressure in anxious-avoidant people and lead to avoidance). Izaya currently strikes me as more of an anxious-clinging person (and I mean that purely objectively and not negatively). Such a relationship rarely works. In my opinion, William needs someone who gives him trust and freedom and shows that they are a stable and trustworthy partner for William.

And Izaya actually needs a fresh start, a “clean slate” in his life with which he can gradually build something up. Izaya and William like each other as people. But so far, in my opinion, it's not enough for a lasting relationship.

my trust issues were screaming when Izaya just accepted William's explanation about the "cheating" thing...…
I don't find William difficult to read, nor is he a red flag, as he is often referred to in the comments here...
He has an anxious-avoidant (anxious-ambivalent) attachment style and, due to his last relationship, deep self-doubt. He is also not a player, as claimed in the comments. And he needs a securely attached partner with a lot of understanding and patience to overcome this. Honestly, I don't think Izaya can do that, as he also has his own baggage...

How on earth is the score for the best piece of cinema of all time continuing to get lower??? It was at like 8.4…
There was a period (July) when all the highest-rated BLs dropped by 0.3 points. All at the same time. I'll just leave that there. (I had compiled a list and found 32 BLs on my own). What was particularly striking, however, was that it affected the highest-rated ones and only one BL in the top group was not affected.

I told sunset about you is the best Thai BL for me and in my top 3.

Unpopular opinion:We all know by now that we are getting HuweiBomi (trailer etc.), but HuweiRyuki would be a much…
Huwei's reaction when Ryuki came in was priceless. I had the feeling that there was something between the two of them... I think they would be super cute together. I don't know, Bomi gives me the impression that he's putting pressure on himself and desperately wants to win him over for his first partnership, and I get the feeling that “winning” is more important than his feelings. Does he have real feelings for Huwei? I don't see it yet. Nor do I see it the other way around. Huwei seems calm and collected, as if he values security over actual interest... But Ryuki unsettles him, and that's exciting. ..

It seems like my wish from last week that the mothers would start a shared apartment is coming true... Yay!
To be honest, I think the two mothers are really great together, how they support and strengthen each other. I think it's wonderful that the series shows this combination of two lovable women!
On Dynamite Kiss Dec 4, 2025
I like the series. However, I'm slowly getting annoyed by the forced love story (the best friend is secretly in love with FL) and the resulting love triangle. The story would have worked just as well without this narrative and with a plot in which the best friend protects FL and falls in love with 2FL. Ha Yeong is super cute, and I'm glad there's a nice 2FL.

I loved the beginning and was thoroughly amused by the typical KDrama clichés (white truck...), but these love triangles are really getting on my nerves. Seon U really annoyed me today. He doesn't deserve Ha Yeong and he's not right for Da Rim either. Today he just seemed like a little man with a big, wounded ego, and I thought it was great at first that they were all living together...

Well, I hope it gets funnier again starting next week. Ji Hyeok deserves to tease Da Rim a little...

I'm curious to see if they manage to wrap up all the open subplots...

But as I said, I really like the series... Eun Jin, Ki Yong, and Da Vi are great in their roles! And little Jun is wonderful... And I'm still hoping for the two mothers to move in together 😅

maybe it is just me, but i feel like the confession scene would have had more impact if it came from Enaga and…
I understand where that idea comes from. However, I would like to point out that the Enega we have gotten to know is not the real Enega, but a masked version. Just as AE is a masked version of his true personality. In my opinion, we see the real Enega for the first time in the confession scene. His true, complete personality and his real appearance come together visibly for the first time here. I think that “taking off” the piercings was actually more a part of Enega's disguise and that wearing them corresponds to his true self...
However, I would have liked to see more of the “after” as lovebirds. For example, how they go back to the club and laugh as much as they did on the night with the neon colors...

Regarding 2, I would say: I don't think Gi Dal is who he seems to be, and I also don't think he's as “nice” as he seems. After the end of episode 4, I also think that the scene was real and not a dream...

I totally agree about the ghost lady in red. I feel like they really scored with this actress. the rest of the…
My first thought when I saw the man with the lighter was: That's Gi Dal.
Come to think of it, his role is also the most nebulous... He is Bi Hyeong's bodyguard, but why? Why does the goblin need a bodyguard? And how long has he been a bodyguard? Maybe since Bi Hyeong's old master disappeared? Did he disappear voluntarily? Meanwhile, the gumiho just seems promiscuous to me and attached to Gi Dal. But why? What kind of being is Gi Dal? He can't be human, but (at least I) haven't noticed anything about what he is... The other two have Sam Sin as their contact/guardian, but we haven't seen any contact between her and Gi Dal. For me, he's the big question mark in the room... and honestly, the physical appearance of what we saw in episode 4 also fits him... and only he knew that Bi Hyeong had captured the spirit. So in my eyes, he could be the God of Fire...

Title The Rebound
where did you hear the girl- they are still together?
I assume you didn't read the announcement? They confirmed that they are ending their collaboration. They even went live together to explain that the split had been planned for a year because they want to develop themselves. They split up because Ping wanted to advance his career, among other things. And no, under GMMTV, Ping will not be in a ship with anyone outside the agency. GMMTV has a large number of BL actors to market, and the profits are supposed to flow into their agency. (In my opinion, it even looks like GMMTV is striving for a monopoly position.) Therefore, from their perspective, there is no reason to act differently than to form internal ships. Meen also has to do his military service. I never claimed that their friendship was over. Their private lives are none of my business, and I don't judge the private lives of BL actors or get heavily involved in them. I've always spoken from a professional perspective, as I'm mainly interested in their film work. That's why I'm not really a fan of ships. But there are a few BL couples that I really like together because they touch my heart in some way, and MeenPing was one of those couples. And even though I'm not a fan of ships, this breakup actually made me very sad. But it also shows why I'm not necessarily a fan of it. Because, among other things, Ships can hinder professional development. I think it's great how Meen and Ping dealt with the situation honestly and respectfully. That's how it should be, supporting each other as you grow. Even if it means breaking up.

I recommend “I Told Sunset About You” with the two of them. It's not a comedy, but in my opinion it's one of the best BLs from Thailand. Very touching and emotional. I got to know the two of them through the drama. In my opinion, they are both great actors.

I think I understand your point, even if I see it differently. But as I said, to me it seems like it's set up for a spin-off. Enough has been told to achieve a satisfying conclusion (for some more than others) and enough has been left open to continue the story in modern Seoul. I could imagine that the ending was edited differently due to the success. Of course, that's just speculation on my part. But I'd be surprised if there wasn't more to come... Looking at the development of recent successful Korean productions.

The last episode was pretty bad and felt childish...fighting swordsmen with pot lids and spoons (really?), FL…
Obviously, the king found a way to return to her through the missing/left-behind page with the dish “Hwanseban.” Since it translates to “coming home” and his home is the head chef, and she wanted him to find her as he promised, the book must have brought him “home.” Because he promised to come to her. The CGI was just as exaggerated or not as it was at the beginning. It's fantasy, after all. It makes sense that she tries to read the book in the bathroom. What doesn't really make sense is that her body is there and lying in the hospital, since she was completely sucked in at the beginning. The fact that Steve Im is a fraudster is also logical when you think back to the beginning of the series and the first encounter between him and FL, specifically in episode 2, where Im Song Jae also deceives his father when they say that the food doesn't taste good (when they wanted to pick up the dignitary's granddaughter, when FL and Gil Geum were picked up and sorted out for the first time). So it just shows that the reincarnations have the same characters as the original characters that FL met on her journey into the past.
So I don't really understand the complaints, as they (except for the hospital scene) tie in with episodes 1 and 2 and round them off. The same can be seen in the fact that the first and last dishes in the series are the same.

I could also imagine that, similar to Mr. Queen, there might be a spin-off or special episode depicting the king's return, his first days in modern Seoul, his search for the cook, and his adjustment to life in modern Seoul.
I think the ending is successful because it ties in with the first episodes and rounds off the characters. They kept their promises, they retained all their characters, and fortunately, the king did not come as a reincarnation but as the original. What more could you want? If you have a problem with the fantasy elements, you would have noticed that in the first episode, right?
