Mnet is really sabotaging G-trainees by releasing 5 lower rank K-trainees and 2 higher rank G-trainees. I am so…
They don't want us to know, because then we'll vote for them, and we all know they never really wanted a global group in the first place. Mnet has to go to different lengths to manipulate the lineup now that they're not just outright rigging the final groups like in Produce 101.
Kim Gyu Vin has the charisma of a clamshell, I'm happy his ranking finally dropped. He isn't outstanding for his…
He's pretty mid. He's not bad, but he hasn't really done anything to stand out imo, and hanging around the other popular trainees and having funny reactions isn't enough for a debut to me.
I really enjoyed that and I love the interaction between them - I love the line "When I see something cute I want…
It's not mild. Dayeol tripped, it wasn't on purpose, and he's a senior there on an archery scholarship, which is all he even focuses on. What Taehyun did nearly caused him to lose everything, and he shows zero remorse.
Tae Hyun said several times that he thinks Da Yeol is cute and is clearly interested in him. He even said out…
That's what I said, Dayeol realizes his attraction first. The question was who falls first, and Taehyun's character is more complicated in that regard. He thinks Dayeol is cute but he's also putting him through hell. I've read the webtoon btw.
I've read the webtoon, yes. I wasn't expecting you to know anything. You're not supposed to like his character now. This is a psychological drama and not just a BL.
You clearly don't like it and that's fine, but maybe try to be a little less judgmental towards those who are enjoying it so far?
He's not a douchebag for no reason, he just has a painful past with a lot of unsorted emotional baggage. Keep in mind the name of the show is "Comfort the Boy/A Shoulder to Cry On."
I've read the webtoon and it's more like a BL themed coming of age story than a true BL. It deals with some pretty serious topics and their lasting effects on people. It won't be for everyone. That said, I'm both anxious and looking forward to seeing how the actors will portray it considering how they were going through their own ordeals in real life when they filmed it.
This show is fake and infuriating.I've watched the Chuang, Idol Producer, and Youth With You shows, all of which…
I agreed with everything you said up until the end. I don't think Mnet actually wants Hui due to his age, and I feel like they've portrayed Gunwook as kind of vain and bossy regardless of whether or not he's actually like that. The part where they tried to make Hui keep wearing the headdress in particular seemed like an attempt to hurt him with global voters, but maybe that's just me.
Based on how the results are shaping up so far, who do you all think will be hurt the most when voting switches to a one pick system? There's always those contestants in these shows that everyone likes well enough but whose support falls sharply when one picks come around, due to them being well regarded but not common first choices. Gyuvin is kind of giving me that vibe so far, but I could be totally wrong since it's still early.
After episode 5 I'm really questioning the method of this show. People are stupid, that's nothing new, and you…
Whoever controls the editing controls a lot of who ends up in the final group. Mnet may not be openly rigging the results anymore, but they still give certain trainees exponentially more time and exposure than others. Some of the contestants only had seconds of total screen time. Unfortunately that's not new, but with the increased unfairness of the K vs G system, it screws certain contestants over completely.
The K vs G thing is unfair by design. This is Mnet we're talking about here, and for all the years of talk of "global" idol groups, it seems like the industry doesn't really believe in such a thing yet.
I have a question to people who are against Hui being part of the show. Is the problem:a. his fame/already having…
I just want him in because he's talented and produces bops that would be good for the group. It seems to me like the people criticizing him for having fans have no issue voting for contestants who can't even sing or dance. Like what are we doing here?
You clearly don't like it and that's fine, but maybe try to be a little less judgmental towards those who are enjoying it so far?
