Casual reminder that Sungho is under no obligation whatsoever to date Junsung if he doesn't want to. I know most people aren't pushing that, but it's still bothersome to see real gay men who've known each other for mere days being treated like BL ships.
I went from not being very interested after eps 1 and 2 to being more invested than I ever was in season 1 after 3-5, lol. Everyone has their charms and it seems like there's better communication overall between everyone than season 1. Except Seonwoo. I like him but I don't understand why he seems to be all over the place. Jeongwook really grew on me too. I want to know more about his past, and career.
I knew Yunhee (TKboy from Youngjay's youtube channel) wasn't straight, lol. I guess he only said he was back then because he was about to enlist. I'm glad he can be more open about himself now.
And apparently he may have been born in 1996 according to school records? That would mean he's lied about his age 3-4 times. If true, he'll be like 34 years old when the contract ends, whereas Gyurae will barely be old enough to drink in the USA. Lol...
Everything about this show screams mediocre. Seems like even the judges know by this point. Contestants that can't perform, contestants that can't even speak basic Korean, kids everywhere, and overlap of all 3. The noonas in the ridiculous live audience votes always pick the same contestants regardless of how well they did, and some of the few actually talented contestants have bad attitudes that make them hard to stan. I do genuinely like a few of them, but I don't want them to debut with the rude contestants either. A mess.
Guys I'm curious why people don't like mew. I mean I'm not a fan of Tharntype too but is there any reason beside…
There was a controversy years ago between him and fellow actor Art Pakpoom where Art insinuated during an Instagram live that Mew was using their #MewArt BL ship to control him psychologically, isolate him from his friends, and kiss him against his will. Mew's fans countered that Art had basically outed Mew, and had done so to get back at him for pointing out that Art was skipping meetings and shootings, etc. It got pretty ugly and was never really resolved in anyone's favor.
I hope Seunghwan knows how much support he has. I heard he's saying he might reconsider enlisting right away after being eliminated, hopefully based on feedback he's getting. I hope he got some good offers from companies. His elimination hurt a lot more than I was expecting, even though he was in my fixed 3.
Please consider supporting Junhyeon. I know Mnet has been focusing on him as a disposable class clown character, but he really is a talented all rounder. He sang solo for a Kdrama OST, was ranked 4 stars twice, helped other contestants learn their choreo, choreographed the whole Ggang performance, is friends with everyone, etc. He deserves higher than 16th place, but he's bleeding support. Please help him!
This show should have been called All the Liquors and not that other BL, lol. Drinking before they surf, drinking after, drinking when they have hangovers...
yujin, gyuvin and jiwoong have showed nothing special throughout the show but seeing them getting votes and being…
I feel like Gyuvin was probably a filler vote for enough people that the switch to 3 pick hurt him. I'm not saying he never had fans, of course he does, but those 4th, 5th and 6th picks being dropped in the voting can really change the lineup like this.
Yujin is probably going to debut. I'm not saying that because of anything particular he's done or shown during the program, but because of who's voting for him. He has the younger voting crowd's support that in the past led to Daehwi and Dongpyo debuting even after they lost their center privilege. I think he's vying for a specific maknae line image in the group, and winning against his main competition like Ollie and Takuto. Mnet giving him whole storylines is also pretty telling on who they want. They always eventually seem to pick 1 young trainee to focus on.
Jiwoong is in a middle boat between them. I feel like he will have better 3 and 1 pick support than Gyuvin, but he has more competition for his image than Yujin. And though he has more noona fans than Gyuvin, that's not as reliable a voting bloc as what Yujin seens to have.
Mnet is so obvious with their schemes. Like him or not, they planned Daeul's downfall by revealing him as the only safe trainee (after a tense hour long broadcast where they had implied more would be shown) which brought a lot of negative attention to him. Seems like they're doing the same with Ricky and Keita. Note how they only showed 2 G trainees in top 9, and then all the endangered ones were K trainees. Seems like they want to get Korean voters to rally behind the K trainees, while rejecting the G ones and possibly causing their voters to drop them out of an assumption of safety.

This is the guy Ksoul was calling fat. 💀
