That’s why I loved the female leads in Dear X - until Ah-Jin got married - , and Eun-Jo in To My Beloved Thief, they were frustrating women in their own rights, but it was brilliant to watch. I don’t know why women are never written to own their personality whenever a man enters the picture

The lawyer was important to make her dilemma more difficult. Would she choose to jump into the first relationship she finds, just because he made her feel like she had zero options, or would she soul search and discover what she truly wants in a partner. Who she would be more compatible and maybe happier with.
He was the push she needed to start putting herself out there, going on blind dates, and that’s how she meets the other men.
Her role in Honour was heartbreakingly beautiful
