do u think jisoo would have done this drama if she thought the plot was boring.. we all did expect the many twist…
For me it has always been opposite. I started watching KDramas first and then discovered wonderful K-Pop idols & artists who either acted in them or sang their melodious OSTs.
there is most definitely romance in this drama, whether it between the two leads or the side couples. just because…
I do think you are right but try to think from a different perspective. I am loving most of the parts of this drama as I am exposed to many KDramas and didn't start this drama expecting it to be a lovey-dovey swoon fest. I was pleasantly surprised by the conflicting nature of the ML to be on the opposite side and the politics-heavy nature of the plot. But this is not for all people. Their expectations based on the promotions of this drama were different which have not been catered by this drama so far therefore the drama rightfully deserves some fair criticism for it. But I do agree that if someone has stuck to this drama so far till ep 7/8/9 then they should understand that this is a different kind of drama though not what they thought that it would be but nevertheless a brilliant & unique one in KDramaland.
no romance? you watch only for jisoo? those like us from kdrama stan think this drama is really a masterpiece,…
Yes the drama is sometimes boring as well as draggy. I am one of those people. Nobody is hating this drama rather they are talking about the aspects of the drama that they don't like. Yes, many blinks started to watch this drama only for Jisoo but many of them would agree that those who are still sticking to watch it are not only for Jisoo but also for the intense plot. Many people like me in India don't have access to this drama so yup we can't watch it on legal site.
Umm, there is romance though. Hanna Ang Kang moo and boon ok Ang Joo.Just because no Jisoo doesn't mean it's boring.
But he still cares about her which is very evident from his actions like taking a bullet for her or shouting at ML when being threatened about her life.

I am a blink as well and thought the drama would have swoonworthy romance. I waited for this drama for so long therefore I know where you are coming from but try to see things from a different perspective. There are others as well who are integral part of this drama and they are doing some phenomenal work of making us love or hate them via their actions. Give some footage to them as well. You are a blink right now and via this KDrama which you only started because of Jisoo, you should try and appreciate other aspects of this drama as well.
The story's primary location is not going anywhere but the STORY itself is changing by every episode and little by little you can see the plot is moving forward as well as you can guess by the cliffhanger at the end of Ep 9.
Do you guys think it will have a happy ending???????????????????
NO, I don't think so. I am sure either of them will drop dead at the end giving an emotional conclusion to the Romeo - Juliet theme followed so far in the drama. :-)
Don't you have a big day tomorrow, why are you still up, Eren Jaeger?
I also want to read GOT the book version, purchased all the volumes released so far way back in 2018. But haven't read them because of the fact that GRRM has not released the Winds of Winter for such a long time and I thought it would be better to watch out and wait for him to finish his stories as he is very old (73 years) before the God of death pays him a visit.
I have to say that most of the jokes don't land correctly in this drama. The writer should have taken a more realistic approach on the ANSP directors instead of them being seen as a bunch of irritating idiots. I mostly skip their scenes and their wives' scenes as well. The gravity of the political situation has not been set up well and everything looks like a joke when it comes to the "presidential" election. The only thing which has kept me hooked is the action and some of the intense moments. The mystery angle is okayish but I expected a lot more screentime for Jisoo. I am a huge BLACKPINK fan and was really excited to see her act in a Kdrama. They have not given her much agency in the drama. She has some good emotional moments where she shines but more or less her prominence in the plot has been overshadowed by the spy vs ANSP plotline rather than ML FL romance.

Attack on Titan will surprise and shock you in a good manner in the upcoming seasons. Do binge it. It has given me such statisfaction which can only be compared to GoT in fiction.

I think they are not going to end it in this season. They are going to adapt till chapter 131 and the rest of the chapters will be released in the form of a movie which is going to have a better ending than the manga based on the readers ' mixed responses on the manga ending
This drama never claimed to he historically accurate or even historical. It just takes time around the June protests…
I agree with you 100% But I really like dramas set in actual historical timeline because according to me except the date & times and names of person involved in the historical record everything else is very subjective and dependant on the kind of interpretation done by the historian of that particular time. So, when these writers run wild and mix their creativity in historical context I personally love their outcomes. But sure everyone has their own taste and definition of what a historical fiction is or what its supposed to do.
Careful what you write, these words can be triggering.
I understand as well as respect your point but please give me a list of self-harming trigger words approved by the society/government / this website which will then be circulated and will help writers to make sure that their words are as per the approved policy. Words must always be interpreted in the right context, not in a literal isolated sense.

Let us see how the writer takes the romance forward. I have high hopes for the rest of the story. I am really…
I would still say it is intense as well as suspenseful. Lets just look it in this way. 99% percent of time whenever there is a hostage situation in film / TV show, we know that hostages will be saved by the protagonist whether male or female and we as audience are curious about 'how the rescue will take place'. Here, the story is pretty intense as the male protagonist himself is holding hostages which also includes FL. So, the curiosity is not only about the rescue of hostages but also about the rescue of the people holding the hostages as well. Are you getting my point?
Please don't expect that a hostage will be killed in a hostage situation in a drama. If the writer is actually going to do that, that will subvert all viewer's expectations not the other way.
Just pay attention to his small subtle actions and you will know that what he has done for the FL till Ep7 is not because of some words written on a piece of paper signed before he was born but because of his feelings for FL as you have rightly mentioned.
Gyeok Chan is hot-headed but Soo Ho is cool as a cucumber. I agree with you that the budget constraint is just bad dialogue. In reality, whatever Soo Ho does is like a team leader will do in reality. Generally, guys who lead these kind of covert operations consider their mission over anything else so if hot-headed people want to die for their country's honor thinking that they have already lost the battle then the cool-headed ones always tries to look for ways that can turn the helpless situation around.
