The First Drama I saw was My Lovely Sam Soon in 2005. I rewatch it every year.

I blame him for my addiction to Korean film and drama. I found 3 Iron in the library. Watched it about 5 times. And then pestered the librarian to find me more Korean films.

people used to compliment an actor with " I'd watch him reading the phone book." I like yours better. he doesn't need to speak.

I hope it comes to Netflix in the US. It isn't there yet. It is always disappointing that I paid extra for Viki Plus Kocowa but they dont put all their content on Viki.

The film is wonderful. Nam Joo Hyuk was terrible. He ruined every scene he was in.

I didn't see much meaning to it. It was very disappointing. I admire the lead actors and have enjoyed all their previous work. I don't think they failed. I believe the script and direction was inadequate.

The female lead is just annoying. Choi Jin Hyok saves this drama from being one of the worst ever.

while i agree with some of your opinions, i totally disagree with the one about Goblin. I did see him as a world weary man, like someone said. But I didn't see him as an man experienced with women. the Goblins wife was only a person who could see the blade and could remove it. I didn't think there was going to be a wedding night. The growth of feelings between the characters was not just between the goblin and bride. The other characters became beloved to him. They were all linked.
I wonder what you thought of Park Bo Gum in Encounter..

I'm finally watching My Mister. when its done, I will re-watch My Lovely Sam Soon for about the 20th time since it was made. It always gets me through the show hole.

I almost didn't watch this. I put it off for weeks. I thought had to give it a try. Maybe I would find something to take my mind off the horrible virus that is trying to kill us all off. I loved it. I am waiting impatiently for the next episode. This is exactly what i needed. I love all the people and the story and it has not let me down for one tiny minute. This will be my favorite love story of the year. It made me wonder why Go Joon has never had a romantic lead before. I searched and found a short romance film he did in 2018. The story was awful. But it got him out of the bad guy parts.
