That’s what I’m wondering…. Do the demons have the same rule? It doesn’t seem like it since the in the play rehearsal the Nine fish tribe(I forget their name) they were having a baby together when they went to war.

So only the heavenly immortals have this rule??? But they all have regular human emotions so the rule seems …. Absurd. And self defeating. At first I thought it was that they cannot fall in love with demon tribe. But they can’t even love other immortals.
