I agree it turned into kind of a mess. That's why I will be super bummed if this director no longer gets good projects. He is so talented. Ancient Love Poetry is one of my top 3 Cdrama's all time. He has a stellar resume. WRTW would have probably been a 10/10 if he had control from beginning to end.

Nope I love how it finally played out too!!!! I was so worried they would become Emperor/Empress which would be miserable for them so this was perfect for me. I could watch a whole mini series just about their post ending life together as Snowy Fox and BFX have a son and daughter, open an apothecary, occasionally fight crime and live a happy life in the woods!!!
