When he whipped her I hated him and when he threw her off the tree today that was a super turn off but I see where they are going with him being like this because he’s lost all his humanity and he has no idea how NOT to be mean. I wouldn’t marry him but the scenes between them between the physical intimacy and the emotional intimacy are some of favorites so far.
Yes he is traumatized and sadistic and toxic but there is something intensely sexy and intimate in the relationship they are building between XY and our 9 headed demon. The scenes are *chefs kiss*
My only critique of the show is that **for me** it fell apart somewhere in the middle to end and then episode 12 saved it and made me cry all the tears …… which makes me feel like what actually would have taken this from a 7.5/8 to a 9 or 10 would have been her finding her first life much much sooner, like say around episode 6-8 and then the last arc from 7/8 - 12 of the show being her losing all her memories and Seo Ha chasing her in reverse and winning her back. The middle arc of this flopped for me, the first life /shaman bells/Mingi plot was badly dragged out as well as the car crash mystery but the beginning and end show it had all the ingredients for greatness they just weren’t cooked up well.
