Han Ye’s character in the drama turned me off big time today (Episode 25)
he was fine, even happy with her hiding her identity as long as it wasn’t part of revenge. The “Revenge” is not REMOTELY vengeful and she plotted everything strictly to seek justice at court through legitimate channels. Rather than be horrified and mortified that she has spent 10 years as a criminal wrongfully and lost her entire family, he is whining about her luring him into her plan and using him when he should be on his hands and knees begging her for forgiveness for 1. Never once doubting that the Di’s were innocent 2. His own grandmother being their murderer.
I’m so off Han Le today and feel like Ziyuan is being WAY WAY to sympathetic to both the fake one and Han Le who has no room to be mad or hurt or upset at her considering all the facts.
REALLY UNDERRATED Xianxia of 2023. Hopefully it will gain more viewers once Viki starts airing it. doesn’t seem like enough people sub to IQIYI? only explanation I can come up with for why there was so little discussed while this aired.

XL is not her true love. She never had romantic feelings for him. She strictly loves him as a brother. She only loves the Fox romantically and the Snake is like a soulmate
It’s opposite for me I get annoyed😭😭. Characters like his are easily my favourite but I don’t know why…
When he whipped her I hated him and when he threw her off the tree today that was a super turn off but I see where they are going with him being like this because he’s lost all his humanity and he has no idea how NOT to be mean. I wouldn’t marry him but the scenes between them between the physical intimacy and the emotional intimacy are some of favorites so far.
