I don’t know if it’s because my husband is a boxer and we met through boxing but I LOVED this. Some of the best boxing choreography /fight scenes I’ve scene ever. Just beautifully executed. You can never defeat the pure heart of a boxer!!!! Do Hwan was EPIC !!!!

Give me these two as special agents chasing bad guys around the world !!! Incredible bromance between 2 guys with the purest sweetest friendship and moral compasses!!!! I know so many fighters who are exactly like this in real life. Loved loved loved. Do not drop before the last episode.

not alone! this arc should have been first. doing it backwards takes away so much of the buildup and suspense. super weird choice by the director. maybe it’s this way in the books but it doesn’t work in the tv drama 😩

I’m referring to her earlier being rude when Pufang was telling their love story. When she rolled her eyes and said “Oh how cliche. Let me guess. I’ve heard this before” etc etc It came off rude and self centered. That’s the scene I’m talking about. Had nothing to do with protecting her. She just didn’t care to hear her friends “meet cute” and it was obnoxious. It was out of character for her.

I didn’t like the scene with Yanhui being a rude dismissive brat as her friend told her about her crush. so unneccessary and out of character for her to be so rude to one of her friends. yuck. no idea why they even wrote it that way. it didn’t come as cute or funny. just rude and bratty.

yanhui is one of my favorite FL’s and I just hate that they did that with her character and hope that’s the first and last time she’s rude like that!

You have to get through the first arc and not drop because the heart of the show is the second arc!!!!! Do not drop before the second arc with Qing Mu & Houchi!!!

fast track. it means usually they will allow users to pay a fee of say $5 to have fast track access to the final episodes. They did it with immortal samsara. I think we got to see the last 4 episodes earlier than other subscribers if we paid additional 5.99$

I know right! I cry SUPER easily and always cry during Xianxia’s! But this one hasn’t made me ugly cry. We need a do over! 😭

I never complain about blood spitting because it generally doesn’t bother me but today it was not just excessive it was distracting and took me out of the moment. I think it was too much to the point their teeth were covered. it didn’t help the scene at all. they should have shown other bodily cuts and bleeding instead. I do not want to see red fake blood covered teeth ever again lol

I only cried during the Pian Ran YQY death scene. I didn’t feel the tears well up at all for todays episode. I agree with you it kind of just didn’t work right.

today is the first episode I cried. not sure why our mains haven’t been able to make me cry but our Second mains somehow brought me to tears. Forever a sucker for a nine tailed fox 😻😿❤️❤️❤️

I agree. I loved it and thought it added another dimension to the performance! she had so many layers and emotions and the purple eye was the icing on the proverbial cake of the many complicated layers.

he was AMAZING in Tale of Nokdu. One of my favorite drama’s ever and 8 rewatch it probably 3 times every year. highly recommend.

For anyone who wants more of Bai Lu as an innocent sweet well meaning hero who turns into a powerful demon because of evil immortals please watch The Legends!!!! it’s not a perfect drama and has flaws but it also has one of my favorite ML’s ever in Xu Kai who is a GORGEOUS demon prince.
