Exactly! Evil plots that are extended too much are so boring and leave no room for excitement over other things. I just hope writers have a good love story prepared for JS with WH because from what I saw in the trailers their personalities are interesting to be mixed in a romantic way. Am I right or definitely not a chance there?

I haven't started this yet but it was obvious JA and DK weren't related. Now, what really crossed my mind when reading the plot was that I've just finished suffering because of the love story of a couple who thought they were siblings in a KBS2 drama and now this! LOL. Anyway, Idk why but I have the feeling I'll be more interested in JS's character and love story than in any other thing here.
Dropped at ep.8. Just your typical korean family drama, if you like these kind of family stories, you'll…
Sarah, I respect your opinion, of course. I just asked about those two dramas because I thought you may be talking about them since they're really good. But, I think it curious that you didn't find any of the characters in MFIS interesting since they're better written and performed by better actors than those in the other two dramas. And as for the story, even though "Ugly Alert" and "Smile, you" won my heart with their cute and touching plot, MFIS definitely beat all the dramas with an unexpected mixture of every emotion you may think of. (Again, don't take me wrong. You are entitled to watch whatever you like. Just gave my opinion because I just happened to like the same other dramas you liked).
A lot of 10 out of 10's review scores, is it that good and worth watching? convince me!
If all the good comments in these section aren't enough, read the reviews (they'll give you a pretty good idea).
The ratings and critics were also awesome from beginning to end. Lots of people praised story, cast, directing, development, chemistry between actors...
Besides, it's one of the few dramas that managed to maintain high interest ep after ep (52 episodes!).
Well, I wouldn't ask for more... anyway, there's always the possibility this is not your cup of tea haha. Just give it a try and let me know! ;)
Poor Go Ah Ra! I don't think she's a bad actress. She just has a different style. I've watched her in "You're all Surrounded", "The Magician" and in "Hwarang" and enjoyed all of them. She may not have been the main reason I liked the dramas/movie, as it is the case with some other actresses, but I didn't dislike her either. People hating her because she cries two easily...well, that's just not fare. If she is required to cry, she has to do it. Maybe it's the kind of roles she is given!
I find other cases far more annoying... actresses that don't have any variability in emotional expression (for example: Shin Se Kyung).
Never before have I watched a drama 3 times... until now. This drama gives me the best feels
Your comment makes me want to watch it! Good feels is exactly what I need :)
(I ended up here looking for a drama with Choi Shi Won because I haven't seen him in anything yet and I'm curious about his acting because he's been cast as the lead in a drama I want to watch).
I CAN WATCH THIS DRAMA FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.I wouldn't mind spending ep after ep watching this family's…
Totally. Let's just hope networks see the potential of this golden couple and secure a drama for them once LJ comes back from the military. It would be a hell of a comeback. Lots of people will be waiting for their reunion.
This is a remake of a Venezuelan movie, "La casa del fin de los tiempos" (The house at the end of time). Really good movie. So I'll watch this one to compare.
I CAN WATCH THIS DRAMA FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.I wouldn't mind spending ep after ep watching this family's daily mundane activities... just keep it airing. That's it. ❤
Who's excited to see the family's reaction when they finally realize that Joong hee and Mi Young are…
Yes, PLEASE! I also think we deserve a wedding scene for these two. I can't imagine anything cuter. It would be adorable and a beautiful and happy moment for all the family. But... Considering we've already had two weddings I think they may not do it.
One thing they might do is fast forward a year though. Because they need to show HY and JH's couple continue with their marriage succesfullly after the year test is completed.
Let's see... he may not be the best actor (he is good though) but, damn, is it possible to be so good-looking? Classic beauty all the way. You simply don't know what's more handsome: his full lips, breathtaking eyes, perfect nose... this guy is a piece of art! hahaha
