The title of best Demon Master is rightly earned by JYH and the 1st episode is a master class study of the genius at work. A genius who knows what makes a demon tick! But when she falls in love with one particular demon she forgets all the tricks. On my 3rd re-watch of Pt 1!

Should speed up soon with a whopper in ep 14. Have you read the novel?

Dilraba's photo is no longer in the cast! That's one more possible project gone. You see a long list of TBA's for other stars but it's pretty difficult to know what she's doing and we are left guessing or just chasing rumours.

Haha! I didn't know I did all that but thank you so much for such generous words. Indeed I am flattered. I just want a pleasant and congenial place to express my appreciation for the actors I like. I don't understand the rationale of discord in this forum. It's not as if we are fighting for resources for ourselves or on behalf of our idols.
Equally, I can say you are an exemplary fan yourself as are many on this page too. I enjoy reading those comments the most. Simply put, you all have the skill to cut through all the layers and get to the crux of the character for others to marvel at. Your evaluations especially are amazingly balanced, thought provoking and unique. I am most encouraged by your discussions and can only dream of such coherence. I am looking forward to your final say on this drama with much anticipation.

Most definitely have romance but it might be the tortured kind. With heartache and denial. There is a love-triangle too from what I read.

Yes it finished airing a while ago. It's all available to watch with subs on Viki or Croton at the top of the page under the synopsis.

If you mean do you have to watch Ten Miles of Peach Blossom before this? I would say that it's not necessary because Eternal Love of Dream can stand alone and make sense plus the MCs actually have a happy ending in it. You can watch TMOPB after and see if you like it.

The mortal arc starts at ep 8 and you can fast forward til ep 21 when it ends. Key points are that Fen Jiu and the king do not have a happy ending and a mortal, Qing Ti dies saving her. If you fast forward more episodes you may miss plot development. After the Heavenly arc BFJ falls into Fan Yin valley with the demon lord Yan Chi Wu end of ep 27. The dream of Aranya arc starts at ep 34 and ends at ep 49.
