I've seen most of Tiffany's dramas. I hope there's new projects. Is Legend of Fu Yao good? YM has a lot of projects due to be aired so she seems to be in a better position than Tang Yan. ( They 'were' good friends once!) My Girlfriend is an Alien is my favourite too and season 2 is in my list. The list is getting too long; impossible to watch them all in this lifetime!

Fair enough but she needs better scripts and I hope she is going to be offered them; LOA and PE may be the next game changers for her. I really like both Yang Mi and Tiffany a lot but it's an ageist industry and they may not be offered as many choice roles. (I liked Tiffany in Diamond Lovers more than Reba's character Gao Wen. Lol) Will catch up with Wan Peng because I like her too. What has Tiffany got lined up in terms of dramas? I heard that fans were not happy?
TBW has replaced TMOPB as my favourite re-watch drama. While I love TBW novel which made me cry more the drama…
Haha! The hot potato scene was really hilarious and endearing, also the scenes where they give each other a bath. All the cast made this such a visual feast and the plot did not fail to deliver. No wonder it was the most highest on record, chart topping drama for You Ku since 2018. I'll be re-watching this too for a long while.
I'll sacrifice myself, no i will, no you already have it's my turn, but i can't live without you so I'll die,…
If Dilraba carried on doing support roles she would overshadow the FL and get awards like she did for Diamond Lover. She's done her fair share of them and ELOD was the start to her rise in fame plus she's very popular and bankable for producers and directors. The character JYH was in No 1 position while the drama aired in China and the plot was also high up. Reba is usually the only female in the top ten of most searches so she's going to be FL for a while yet.
What a drama and I finished it all again with SUB, I'm so amazed by it and mesmerised again.... I would really…
Thanks for such heartfelt words! Agree with you totally! The page is not the same without WK1's informative comments! And the OGs. All the best to Reba and looking forward to great discussions about her future dramas.

Agree with you. And in the end they all get what they deserve! It's so satisfying to read the reviews of someone who has also enjoyed the drama. Lol! A'Sun's hair is so wonderful and makes me jealous! Wu Lei was amazing in this role.

Wow! That's so well observed of you! Exactly, A'Sun is released from his obligations to Yanli thanks to She'Er's plan backfiring. And with Changge by his side, he can be free to protect the girl he cares for. Have you noticed that if we compare Khatun and CG who have had similar experiences, the former is never able to forgive and her whole life is consumed with revenge and re-establishing the Sui dynasty no matter the cost? Changge as you've noticed is able to forgive because she cares more for the people than her revenge. You've nearly finished! Glad you didn't drop it!
At ep 20 and Changge getting on my nerves. She always thought what she thinks is always right even Shuyu itself…
Why should A'Sun stay under his father's power when he is never going to be the next Great Khan? Khan wants his nephew She'Er as the heir of A'shile tribe. A'Sun is only useful to Khan as the leader of Eagle battalion and is controlled by him through holding A'Sun's foster mother as ransom. Changge is a catalyst and thrusts events into motion which have the best results for her and A'Sun; she grows through her actions and comes to a better understanding of herself and her place in the world. Changge is dynamic! If you have dropped it then it doesn't matter.
Happy ending?Don't wanna watch 48 eps if it has no satisfying end
Yes, for the main couples. 2nd leads get married and 1st leads are committed and together but independent. A helpful topic in discussions section called ' Are A'Sun and Changge together? It explains what I mean.
Very good, but the romance seems fake, no chemistry between the leads. One minute she pretends to love him for…
You're right, though I don't feel it's fake but there is a lack of depth to the romance and more scenes could have nailed it for some. The main couples' romance takes a backseat to the secondary and supporting couples' relationships. Firstly, interspecies love is forbidden in the valley so they're cautious and secondly, she and CY have little time together with Shunde breathing down their backs. JYH shows her love more in actions than words or physical contact like she sacrifices her freedom to save him from Shunde's clutches. When CY saves her with his scale is when she realises her feelings for him and is the point I think she changes. (The novel is different and their love was more obvious.) Part 2 will get better with more focus on the MCs and this part is full of angst.
