in eve's own words she won't be able to survive if she loses the morula and the baby both. how does the two even correlate? other than for making eve out to be a sinner for "killing" the cells, so she should give birth to this child no matter what, even at the expense of her own life, cuz she had destroyed the "only hope for humanity" right?!
Picking my brain up from the coat check and leaving, Episode 16.
you know your brain at the coat check posts were the best part of watching this drama weekly for me. needless to say, I looked forward to these posts more than anything about the drama haha. thank you really
yeah this was an attempt to increase south korea's birthrate lol. there's absolutely no subtlety about that lmao. the baby montages should atleast move a few hearts to do the deed right?
EXCUSE ME??? he grabbed her collar for doing her job?? which she should have done earlier anyway. wow i was mildly annoyed bfr at the illogical plot but enjoyed watching the mess for the heck of it but now it's making me legit pissed?? how on earth is illegal experimentation and untested artificial implantation playing with a woman's body justifiable?! why are they trying to villainize actual ppl doing their work, or is this a mere plot point to force breakup & angst between the leads?! seriously.
also how is it ML's fault lmao 😭 shouldn't the chairman be responsible for security at his own hospital lmao 😭 my brain hurts
ep14 lololol that frozen ass phone works 🤣 please did nobody in the writing room call out how dumb that is?! giving daily drama makjang level this. could the writer not think of a less ridiculous, mildly plausible way to reveal the truth?! i wonder why good scriptwriters consult real practitioners when you can just makeup science outta your ass like this! i suppose this was a makjang in disguise all along.
WHY IS EVE APOLOGIZING FOR LOCKING AWAY THE MICROSCOPE??? she was doing her job wth. fk this pro life propaganda. oh and the tablet is conveniently there and unlocked as well. what's a lock, what's security in a huge hospital, anybody can barge into the operation room for real 🤦♀️🤦♀️ lol i guess they achieved their goal of making the audience feel sympathetic to the cells & morula
catching up before the finale. ep9 space rescue and docking scenes were really cool. i can't fault the cgi guys…
ep10/11 were fun lol. they should have just made a cheating/chaebol/heir reproduction drama set on earth. well atleast oh jung se's character and his dynamics with the rest were fun in both space & earth lol. hmm again the characters ain't too shabbily written, the acting isn't bad too.
ep12 at this point I'm just wondering why these two gorgeous ladies are fighting over gong ryong lol. leave him and kiss eachother y'all lol. goeun deserves better!
ep13 i take back any thread of appreciation uttered. we are back at weird ville, and in true makjang fashion one of gong ryong's mother's turns out to be eve's biological mom lol. were they trying to portray her negative with all those harsh dialogues, or was it a pro choice advocacy gone terribly wrong?
