Not rush job but budget issues! This drama was made with low budget in the first place, n didn't have money to AI face replace the actor after his rumoured scandal. Somehow they got some money n did this poor job, so cut the poor production team some slack😭😹

Also I just want to say, when has it ever been a rule the ml and fl must fall in love at the same time/have the same feelings. I feel like people are so used to cdramas with one dimensional love stories, ml and fl both insanely in love with each other, but thats not how romance works.

I guess the FL bashing and sorry bashing because the romance is not moving forward has started . Bai Lu actually is excellent in this role but I guess some people are noticing . And they are expecting a traumatic mentally ill woman to be all loved up. Fantastic! Does that even make sense??? I guess this is nothing new for this forum

Idk why, but I kinda find it cringe that the ML is the only one who can fight the general. He's been in a wheelchair for 8 years, and after recovery, he's still limited to walking but can defeat a strong, active general. No prominent general in that country could fight the general except for the guy with a fractured leg.
But again I would be a fool to expect logic from dramas 😭😭
