People hating this gem for no damn reason
It's a really cute, sweet, fluff slowburn BL. The characters start dating in the last episode i am guessing that's the reason people said it's rushed but i disgree i feel the pacing was just right. It was 15 mins per episode and i think they utilized it well. Both actors had great chemistry dispite the lack of NC scenes. We only got like 2 kisses in the entire drama.I like how there was no major misunderstanding or problems. Just pure unrequited love kinda set up. One thing kinda unique here was that the top was the innocent type 😆😆 bro kept misunderstanding ramen the whole time. He was soo damn adorable when he was trying to do things for Ji Yu and Ji Yu was just clueless about it n cussing him😆😆
I wanna just stuff both of them in pocket🥺🥺 overall it was good i enjoyed it.

The most complicated characters I've seen in a cdrama
When i started this drama i was kinda expecting the usual cdrama kinda drama where everyone is a green flag but there are a lot of misunderstanding for the 1st 2 eps i nearly didn't wanna watch it but then the more i watched the more interested i was.Literally there's barely any character like the grandma and the kid that are green flags. Everyone else are kinda red flags. Each character has their own flaws and complex character.
Xu Yan - insecure and lies about her marriage to marry Hao ming
Hao ming - super twisted, fakes love and marries xu yan knowing her truth
Xu yan's parents - trash they didn't deserve forgiveness but whatever
Qiao lin - older sister but always causing problems for her sister and oblivious about it
Lin Tao - looked down on Qiao Lin, blackmailed and stalked her into marriage
Fang Lie - likes her sister's boyfriend/ex and faked dna reports to be with him
Yu Ming - was in love with his girlfriend's ex (not that bad)
Shen's parents - blamed the son for having a son and never got over it, also came from a poor background but judged xu yan for the same
They're all literally the main characters and they all had soo many issues😆😆 well it's interesting give it a go. It was my 1st time watching xiao lu si play such a complex character ive only ever seen her play green flag bubbly girl but this just showed me something new. I also liked how the ML was just not a plain ceo he was soo much more to the point that i hated him😆😆 nah i hated and loved everyone😆😆

Calming, relaxing, emotional yet realistic
This is one of the most touching and realistic BLs I've watched. The drama has quite some unique features like less emphasis on the leads being gay and more about their life and other problems. How everything is not magically solved. The story is about 2 boys one who gained some light as he grew up and one who lost it. Hiro brings this light into Kai's life when they were younger but overtime loses his own cz of how messy life is.
Compared to Kai's story i liked Hiro's more. I like how accurately they described corporate life. How companies make you feel unworthy and how you lose yourself unknowingly over time. I liked how hiro didn't confront, fight or do anything instead just quit to get out of the cycle. Unlike other dramas where you see the lead works hard and then things happen the villain gets fired and the office problems are solved. In reality no such things can happen. I like how hiro finished his work and quit. How subtly Kai supported and brought back light into Hiro's life and how they grew during the entire series.
It's just beautiful. I dont understand why its rated 7 but for me it was short and sweet

A mini series which didn't feel like one
Usually mini series have their own standards they're not as good as the long series this one was 2 hours long in total but i feel that it was just the right amount of everything. I don't want anything more or less.I really liked both Eddy and Ian❤️ the playful pushpull romance and the way everyone in the office would shut the ceo🤭🤭 it was cute. One unique thing i observed was ian choosing love over carrier which we usually see in dramas. He chose what made him happy instead of success and how that lead him to another path. I like that they showed that instead of just leaving him unemployed or in the same work he was they showed sometimes its fine to pick ur happiness over money

It's really good but i wanted a few more episodes
The only kinda mid episode was episode 1 where i just didn't feel this drama was gonna be that good. I've watched other age gap office romance which was like wayy too good from the start. This was more on the slow burn side. I really liked how Nozoe was oblivuous of the fact that Togowa liked him but was also jealous and Togawa being a total golden retriever 🤭 my fav scene would be when Nozoe asked him to go out of the kitchen cz he was big and bothersome so Togowa tries to sink himself😆😆 that was just soo damn cute. I really liked those tiny cute moments that popped up once in a while. The reason i minus 0.5 was cz we didn't get to see their life after they got together much. Like their firsts. First official date. First time staying together after they started dating. Moving in together. Telling friends and family about their relationship etc...
Overall it's nice for a 5 ep drama they've done a really good job

Unexpectedly good. Toxic but good
I didn't have much expectation from this one after reading the comments on how it started out good but ended in the trash. I literally waited for it to end up in the trash but it was good till the end. The only reason I'm giving it a 9.5 is cz i feel they should have added 2 scenes 1 where Tae I is processing the fact that his brother died cz of se heon's brother and 2nd would be the 2nd couple officially becoming a couple.Everyone said they were here for the 2nd couple (probably cz of the edits made on them) but i personally liked the 1st couple a lot more. Both couple's stories are pretty similar they have a crush on someone who loves them a lot but are unable to come in terms with their feelings cz of the gender. I liked the angst, i liked the visuals and the story. I do kinda feel bad for Tae jun and sae jin... if only tae jun didnt unalive himself they'd probably have a happy ending too. Overall the show is really good. Just give it a go

Soo good but soo short
I'm here cz of SurfJava and so far this is the only MuTeLuv series I've watched🤭. Damn the character switch from H2H. I really love and treasure Oh❤️❤️❤️ he's such a sweet heart. Tul was also kinda cute but i just can't forgive him for taking Oh's pants off. That was just too disgusting and disappointing of him but I'm happy he learnt to be braver n our baby oh now has a faen❤️❤️Was this review helpful to you?

Totally get the hype. It's just soo good
Despite being an old BL this one is really good. I loved the story, the plot, the cast, the acting. Literally everything about this drama was soo good. The unrequited love, the yearning everything was totally on point. I loved the clueless x cunning troupe🤭🤭 poor shu yi never got to know shi de staged the entire locked in the infirmary just so he'd get to stay with him.Yes the drama is not perfect cz why the hell are they randomly talking in Japanese? Also what about Shi De's dad they did hint that he was told his son in gay but they stopped right there? Also what about the doc's love story? And just curious how did the 2nd couple fall in love.. well there's a season 2 so I'm hoping for answers. This is the 1st time a season 1 has left us wity questions for season 2 instead of giving us a clear happy ending. So I'll give it a 9.5.

The boldest KBL bottom I've ever seen and i loved it
I really loved this mini series. Especially Sang Ha, unlike the usual stereotypical BL bottoms he was bolder, took initiative and more fun to watch. Although his backstory was kinda sad and made me cry but his personality throughout the show was just wow.I remember seeing these actors somewhere n i realized they were the band members in Jun & Jun (guest role). Overall this is probably one of my favorite KBLs it was short but perfect. Kinda made me wish for more but sadly KBL couples or actors are rarely found in a 2nd one.
Also special mention: the pookie debt collectors 🤭🤭 they were soo cute.
Watch it you're not gonna regret. Its better than most full length BLs

Soooo damn goood!!!!!!
Usually when i watch a short drama im like its good they did what they could in in such short time span but today I'm gonna say this is what every short drama should be like. It was soo good it felt like a full length drama. No plot holes, good acting, and amazing actors.I liked the whole fanboy seme thing 🤭🤭 and loved the 2nd couple didnt expect that NC scene in the 3rd episode. I was like what?? I thought u guys were still bickering . I'm totally in love with the guy who played Hajime. Damn his eyes are soo pretty.
I WANT MORE!!!!

The cutest BL I've ever watched
Damn that was soo soo soooooooooooo damn cute🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. I really loved both the characters Umi and chiaki. Hate the brother Rumi though. I watched this as a compilation so it felt like a movie instead of mini series. For a mini series the plot twist was great too. I thought Chiyaki would leave Umi after realising his boyfriend switched places with his twin but damn the plot twist. Actually I'm thankful. I'd hate the idea of someone dating ur sibling's ex or partnerWatch it guys it's totally worth it.

Liked this more than the sequel. Soo cuteee
This was soo damn cute🥺❤️ watching this season where Jae hyeon was kinda a green flag waiting for U Jin to open up for them to date. Kinda gave prapai vibes from "love in the air" i just can't believe that 7 years later he changed soo much. Gaslighting U Jin, ignoring him and hurting him🙃🙃..This is the 1st time I've seen a drama where the seme changes to the worse over the years and they still stay together.
When i saw the sequel i thought Ji Su had a crush on U Jin. Thankfully he's just a good friend❤️❤️ ngl i loved thier friendship. Even after 7 years they stayed the same.

An overhyped absolute disaster
I watched this series cz of the hype🙃 the comments called this refreshing masterpiece and the rating was high too but the reality was an absolute disaster.I think people just rated this high cz of peer pressure cz u can see the comments theyre like we didn't understand a few things or we are confused but then the rating is 10.... like what?
I won't blame the actors at all cz from what i see they had good potential u can see that in certain scenes in the last 2 episodes.
- the story makes no sense
- the camera moves too fast and is mostly shot on from afar we barely have close up shots
- lack of emotional depth in the story
- the location is good not the cinematography people should learn the difference between both
- the font selection was a mess and barely readable. I get the idea they were going for but they had other choices
- random background music which didn't match the scene
- i didn't see the characters falling in love at all until the last 2 episode
- you can just watch the 1st episode and last 2 episode n that would be enough.
Ahhhh it was soo bad. I've watched other chinese mini series n this was probably one of the worst ones. I'll average (being generous) or below average. I initially planned to watch the side story but no thank u I'm good

A BL with a plot and which talked about love not love between men
Initially after ep 1 i put this on hold thinking this would only stress me out but when i picked it up again i watched it to the end. It's always the actors who rarely do BL dramas who end up serving us quite some unique masterpieces. Some people might find it weird but my favorite character was charn cz i found him the most relatable. The guy is twisted not cz he's inherently a bad person but cz he's scared someone might hurt him so instead he chooses to hide behind a facade. He is the kind of person you would probably see in the real world
As for Tin loved him too but i don't think someone can be that good irl. I'm really happy Charn found him.
As for the drama it didn't feel like i was watching a BL the drama didn't mainly focus on the gender of the leads. It just said they love each other. If you watch it you'd understand. Also i think they handled both the romance and suspense side really well. The plot twists were really good and unpredictable
Loved the grandma🤭 she was genuinely naturally smart and brave not in a very obvious way. As for the 2nd couple i genuinely felt bad for Thaen❤️ as for pearl's character i was pretty pissed with him sometimes😅 for some reason all his partners are crying in all his dramas🤭 he always has this depressing forbidden love story. But loved it. It was not frustrating. We can't forget our cutie Nawin he showed up for few mins but stole our heart
I cried a little, smiled a little, celebrated a little through the entire drama. It was really a beautiful experience. I should really try new things cz we never know when we'll find such a gem
