According to the novel, Fan Yue met Feng Yin while she was still mourning and waiting for Yuanqi. Thus I guess the whole content of this story falls in the period when Yuanqi went offline (Feng Yin had to wait for 1000 years). The timeline is: The original God realm, then Shanggu's martyrdom then 60000 year to Houchi & Qing Mu's story then 100 years Houchi's excile then 100 years for Shanggu to wake up then Bai (Black) Jue 's martyrdom shortly after that + 3 years Shanggu mourning before her kneeling for 500 years until Bai Jue's rebirth. She was kind, tolerant and just wanted to cultivate to become immortal so that she could return the favour to the immortal/god who saved her and her sister before. That story is unique. The atmosphere of the original work is much brighter and more positive as well as hilarious. Thus I don't understand why the script was changed into this direction

I think the opening as well as the trailer might be misleading. I heard and I believe it would be an happy ending for Tianqi and Yuemi. But the opening was full of revenge, anger which gave general audience (not fan of any cast member or the original work) wrong impression. The only reason I watch this drama is curiosity for the storyline since I am fan of the original work (the trilogy xianxia novels by Ting Ling). However, I am not so happy to see that the story in the drama is very different from the part of novel which was published. And because it is a unfinished novel, I really want to know how their story was unfolded
