For those who read the webtoon, could you tell me what the series differs from, especially at the end?
Based on what I gathered from the internet and twitter lol, Jae Eon never changed in the webtoon. Na Bi has more depth and she is actually likable and she ends up with Do Hyeok.
I'm just going to say it here "WOMEN ARE NOT REHABS FOR BROKEN UNLOVED MEN". I hate this tropes in dramas where the female leads always ends up with jerks and the jerks change because of the FL like please that's not even slightly realistic. On the other hand, loved the other side characters. SOLJIWAN carried this show and also the other side couples aswell.
I love Kang Yoo Seok (He played Shin Woo in the BL webdrama Light On Me) but I forgot that he was also in Start Up, but he's a minor antagonist here lol.
I hope there's a spin off with the teacher. If there is a spin off, I think they will base it on the manhwa, Behind The Desk which focuses on Teacher Haet Bit (in the manhwa, he has a different name) relationship with Lee Tae-sung (mentioned in this episode). Tae Kyung, Shin Woo, & Da On was also in the manhwa but just side characters so I hope we see them again if there is a spin off.
I really want to watch this drama but my friends told me that Jung Hae In's character is homophobic. Did he change in this series or he's still homophobic at the end of the series?
I'm planning to watch this because alot of my friends said that this is Suzy's best drama in terms of her acting (I do like Suzy's other dramas ex. Start Up & While You Were Sleeping)
unfortunately the 'mine' thing is a repeat to me for casting a bible thumping evangelist to play a fucking lesbian…
The major thing that I do not like about SWDBS is that the only gay character in the series is negatively potrayed just like im Vincenzo. They treat gay people in this series as "weird" "disgusting" which really angered me.
