LBY is totally aware that Ling Yi (his uncle) is not his real father. It's Ling Yi that doesn't know LBY is not…
Lol, this is confusing af.
So, if I understand correctly, LBY is actually the rightful and the only Huo member alive? And his so called father (the one who remarried soon after the Huo tragedy, making his first wife to go mad) is actually his uncle? Wait, what? So, for LBY, who is the woman he is calling "mother"? And what's his real name? :))))
I think we all know that LBY did wrong, when technically force SS to engaged with him. But if we look at this…
Honestly, I saw nothing wrong with LBY's proposal ^^* I dont't know if I think like that out of habit or not (usually, when I watch a historical drama I already watch it through "historical lenses").
LBY proposed and that was all. If it was a matter of forcing, then SS's parents would have won "the battle". But the emperor granted SS a free choice. She had the freedom to choose and I am sure that if she would have said "No", then no one would have punished her.
And again, if LBY wanted to force her accept him, I think he would have talked much more ^^* But he said nothing. He was just sitting there, ready to accept whatever was the final answer.
Btw, I loved how priceless were king's, SS's and LBY's the facial expressions during the proposal scene >_< They talked 100 words without saying anything :)))) <3
"Madam Cheng...Don't interrupt me"...the power of words!
I knoooow! >_< That scene was like, "Shut tf up, b*tch! You angered me enough and you talked enough shit for a year!" LBY face expressions during the whole proposal scene were priceless :))))) <3
I was on-hold watching this drama from ep 15-24. Hmmm..... All i get is too much frustration and only little of…
I think here is all about details. If you know to βreadβ these details, then you have a wonderful drama. But if you watch it on the surface, then yes, you get that opinion. And ofc, if you usually don't enjoy this genre of dramas, then there's no way you would like it ^^*.
I just wanted to say, kudos to the king's sons. Each of him helped LBY with his proposal (in their own way, ofc π) and I really appreciated that. Otherwise, there were enough comments here regarding today's episodes π

Lol, they made LBY a husky πππ If I have a husky, does that mean I have LBY just for me? ππ€
I was just wondering what could have LBY thought of when SS cried her heart out in front of him that too for other…
"No worries, my dear. I'm here and now you are the luckiest woman in the world", right after he thought: "Hell yeah. I'm gonna use this chance to make you mine" πππ
Behold the beloved emperor, my favorite character and the representative shipper in all of usππ
My heart melted when he tried to scare CSS only to make her get closer to LBY πππ The whole "you must repay his kindness forever" act was adorable β€ and later when he tried to manipulate his wives' opinion on CSS... He is way too sly and adorable πβ€β€β€
I think he was thinking this family needs discipline!! And he took it upon himself to make it happen. I guess…
Now that you said that, I think that maybe he tried to make them feel the same way they made SS feel when her mum forced her ideas of "education" on her. Something like, "You bullied her, let me return the favour" π
Me nither! There was a comment on the chat room from Love Like the Galaxy saying that Immortal Samsara is airing now. Otherwise I wouldn't have known they started ^^*
Trailer for ep 27 be like: "Do you ever look at someone and wonder: 'What's going on inside their head?' " That was me when I saw in the trailer that LBY put the whole Cheng family under military training :)))) Like, OMG, what was he thinking when he did that? :)))))) And the final scene with CSS holding him tight was a masterpiece :))))))
I know~! β€β€β€ OMG, that was the sweetest scene ever! πβ€β€β€ Talking about the right man in the right place in the right time π€£β€β€β€ I think it will "haunt" me forever π€£

LBY calling CSS "Niao Niao" πβ€β€β€
Anyway, thank you for taking your time to write here several comments ;)

(btw, I know there are two mothers and both of them seem pretty nice to me ^_^)
Btw, looking at the crown prince I can see only Jiang Cheng from The Untamed π and I am still wondering what is he doing here π
