They mention multiple times she doesn't care for identities/status. She would love a demon or love a wastrel like FFB without a care. If Jing wasn't too weak/wishy washy with family/engagement, if he didnt make her wait 15 years, then they'd be together forever. Who she ends up with in the end is a result of all the experiences she had, so I guess she chose her best option. (If you talk about pure feelings, I think her soulmate is xiangliu lol, if you split all 3 men into 3 different dramas, that would be the one I'd die for).
