You don't have to be from South Korea to understand how important this award is. My country doesn't have Nobel laureates, but recently, we had a Booker winner, and it is such an honor and pride for the whole country. By the way, there isn't an unimportant Nobel Prize. Yes, people are reading less and less, but this is why we should encourage them to read and not make fun of authors and books.

You do realize that both The Heart Killers and 10 Things I Hate About You are based on The Taming of the Shrew right. Kant's brother was even reading it in the first episode.

This part is fine a bit too short for me but I do like the actor especially Arashi he was perfectly chosen. I don't know if you are watching Doku Koi: Doku mo Sugireba Koi to Naru but I recommend it. It is a mature longer Japanese BL and it is great.

Ahhhh so the opposite of me. I am not the biggest fan of Japanese bls. Here is the reason why I would complain about this series is the length. Japanese bls like Korean ones tend to be shorter and in my opinion, adapting Thai once seems difficult. It is all about personal taste of course but as a really big fan of the original, I miss all the things that were cut and all the extra time we got to spend with the characters. This is why there are complaints I remember watching it in real time and loving it and I also can see why you like this version. I would love to know what people love about this version but at the same time, fans of the original too have the right to say what they don't like. I can complain about it and yet still find a thing that is good about it.

Well, it isn't either a bad or exactly happy ending more of an open one. Honestly, it is ready for season 2.

The drama is good but if you don't like an antihero main lead it is not for you. If you have seen Death's Game or something like that try it. Definitely not a bad series but for me the ending was a bit of a meh.

I don't know what other people think but for me, 2024 was a year full of many good BLs. Where previous years would have a few notable ones 24 has had quite a few. Kidnap is a good BL. Is it the best probably not but good nonetheless. I did expect a bit more from it but I also understand that GMMTV series are generally sanitized to a degree. The most important thing though is that Ohm and Leng were great together and I wish them all the best hoping to see them in another series. By the way, Leng reminds me a lot of PP Krit.

Also, you can easily watch season two without season 1 it is a kind of soft reboot

I feel like Mike is in his villain era. I would have preferred if he had a leading role in a series rather than playing the bad guy, but oh well.

I will watch it, but because I am such a big fan of the original, I don't think I will love this version. Also, I am worried because it is just 10 episodes of 26 minutes each. I fear this series will be too rushed.

Fun, cute and unexpectedly hot at places. I think Tutor and Yim were great but if they make another series I would love to see them in something more serious with a bit more depth. I liked the second couple a lot and would love to see them again . I would have loved it if they had constructed the fictional story (I mean the one they write) better plot wise at the begining they were going for it and after the couple got together they just forgot it, oh well.... Not bad if you don't have what to watch and you want something light and silly with a bit of heath try it.

Yue Qin and Shu Mo are the closest to a Bl couple I have seen in a chinese drama in a while
