I'm only at ep. 5 but so far this has far exceeded my exceptions. Yes - makjang. Yes - crazy. Yes - Jang Hyuk can carry it off. And I'm being pleasantly surprised by the female lead as well!
This guy made a big impression in Tawan Tor Saeng - I can only hope he does more. He does kind of only have one acting face, though. Stoic and a bit stuck-up!
Oh, this is circles of revenge on circles of revenge. In fact, it may be too much revenge for me - which is hard to believe! I read online it will air in December?
So far, all the couple's problems could have been solved had he simply asked her, "Hey, who is Prasin?" Two visibly mentally disturbed women tell him otherwise and he believes them. Well, eight more episodes to give him a chance to text her, email her, write her a letter, hire a sign language interpreter to ask her this question.
I never realized how much kissing they gave Sung Hoon in this show. Thank goodness the South Korean tourist board put his jawline in the same category as the lovely coastline.
Okay, on episode 14 now but I'm still confused. Why did JoJo refuse all her suitors? I could swear she said she was falling for Yi Sheng in just the last episode.
I'm a pretty tough cookie about dramas - I like the emotionally draining, sad, sad, sad parts! - but I think watching emotional scenes of any kind when I'm sick is my downfall. This goes back to being sick (very sick) at school and watching the end of Battlestar Galactica and just sobbing my heart out. I have never been that emotional about anything until - yes, the dreaded Scarlet Heart Ryeo. Watched it when I was sick last summer and it just about spiked my temperature. I'm still not sure if in both cases it was the medicines or the illnesses but I've learned my lesson. Sick Daisy reads a book.
Li Tia (JoJo) is ten years older than Hwang Jacob who plays Yi Sheng !
